This is a recording of the gastrointestinal sounds of Mei, 28 years old.

Mei said she was extremely hungry, so she didn't eat breakfast for this shoot and hadn't eaten anything for 18 hours. It seems that her stomach was making these noises, clearly indicating her extreme hunger.
We also installed an external microphone around this point.
Around the 4:27 mark, you can hear a "gyuuuuug" sound, and she makes a gesture of covering her face with her hands and says, "Ahh, how embarrassing!" The combination of the sound and her embarrassed expression is fantastic. Also, when listening with an external microphone, you can clearly hear the "gyuuuug" sound, probably because her stomach is so thin.
The sound is loud enough to be heard without a stethoscope, so I think it must be quite loud.
A little while after answering the question, "Does your stomach rumble easily?", around 8 minutes and 11 seconds in, there's a loud "Kyuuuuugyururururu" sound that sounds like she's reached her limit, and it's surprising that such a loud sound can come from someone as slender as Mei.
It's being clearly audible through the external microphone.
The moment it rumbled, Mei also exclaimed, "Oh no! My stomach rumbled so loudly!" and was genuinely embarrassed, but her stomach continued to rumble regardless. I think the sound of the rumbling and her embarrassed reaction are the perfect scene for fetishists. I highly recommend watching at least this part.
Around the 9:57 mark, a moderate "gurgle gurgle gurgle" sound is heard, and he confesses that he is hungry, saying, "That might be the sound of my stomach being hungry!"

It's fine if your stomach just rumbles, but it's even better if you're shown your favorite food, but can't eat it, and your stomach starts rumbling.

Around 34 minutes and 47 seconds, there's a small "Grrrrr" sound, and around 35 minutes and 19 seconds, there's a slightly louder "Gugyuruuuu" sound, and Mei says, "Her stomach is rumbling so much!"
Up until a moment ago, the sounds coming from my empty stomach were sending out an SOS of hunger, but now that I've eaten, the sounds are of digestion.
Around 36 minutes and 28 seconds, you can hear a "gurururu" sound followed by a louder "gwooooo" sound, which sounds like the **** is frantically digesting the food it has eaten.
Finally, I placed the stethoscope on her lower abdomen and recorded the sounds of the digested chicken bar moving around inside Mei's intestines.
When Mei is hungry, her stomach rumbles loudly despite her slender build, and her embarrassed reactions are incredibly cute. I even fantasized about dating Mei and having her restrict her diet so I could watch her stomach rumble and her embarrassed reactions every day.
