This is the gastrointestinal sound of Mikuri, age 25.
She has a very approachable way of speaking, and she was so friendly that it was hard to believe it was the first time we'd met. She's also very charming, has fair skin, and despite her slender figure, she has a nice bust, making her a photogenic model.
The recording captured sounds of Mikuri's stomach rumbling when she was hungry, when she drank a dairy beverage, and when she ate fried chicken. The recording of her stomach rumbling when she was hungry captured her in a state of genuine hunger, having not eaten anything for more than half a day. She seemed so hungry that she even blurted out "I'm hungry!" during the recording, and her stomach rumbling was quite loud. We also used an external microphone to record sounds, and when a loud noise occurred, it was audible, giving a sense of realism as if you were actually there listening to Mikuri's stomach rumbling.

Around the 14-second mark of the video, you can hear a "rolling" sound, like something is flowing by.
Mikuri chuckled when she heard her own stomach rumbling, and then immediately afterwards it made a louder, higher-pitched "kyuuuuu" sound, to which she exclaimed, "Wow! It rumbled!" Her reaction was adorable.
Immediately afterwards, a low-pitched "guggyuruu" sound is also heard, and as Mikuri says, "It's been spinning around the whole time!", it's constantly ringing.
Around the 1 minute 17 second mark, you can hear a "Kururururuuu" sound, like a ball falling.
It was making a strange noise, and Mikuri laughed, looking embarrassed by the sound.
Also, around 3 minutes and 51 seconds, there's a loud "Guuuuuuuu" sound, followed immediately by a loud "Gyurorororo" sound. It can be faintly heard even with an external microphone.
She said, "It rang!" and when I asked her how she felt about it, she said, "It's embarrassing!"
Around the 4:52 mark, you hear a loud "Gurgle, gurgle" sound almost simultaneously with you saying, "Oh! It's rumbling!" It seems you're so hungry that you can even tell your stomach is about to rumble.
When I asked, they said they hadn't eaten anything for about 20 hours and were extremely hungry.
Since it had been fasting for almost a full day, that loud noise earlier was probably an alert indicating that it had reached the limit of its hunger.
They also told me about the last thing they ate, and it seems they ate a lot at the time, but since 20 hours have already passed, it's probably all digested and their stomach is empty now.
Immediately after she answered, her stomach suddenly rumbled, "Gurgle!", and Mikuri herself was surprised by the sound of her own stomach rumbling, saying, "That surprised me!"
It seems the bell rang because you were thinking about food.
The sound is quite loud, so much so that it can be clearly heard even with an external microphone. It seems like it would be audible even in a somewhat noisy environment.
It was said again, "It feels like it's about to make a sound!", and as if fulfilling that foreshadowing, it made a loud "Gyuruuuu" sound at 6 minutes and 53 seconds.
We were able to hear this clearly using the external microphone.
The loud rumbling in your stomach, combined with your thin stomach, means the sound is leaking out.
And then, almost immediately, it makes a sound like digestion, "kukyuuuu."
Is it digesting leftover waste in an attempt to supply even a little energy to a body that is low on energy?
When I asked her what her favorite food was, she cutely replied, "Meat ♡," and when I showed her some fried chicken so she could smell her beloved meat, she hugged it tightly and sniffed it, saying, "Hmm, no," "No, it makes me want to eat it," and it seems she really wants to eat some right now.
If I were really hungry and then made to smell my favorite foods, I think my stomach would start to twist.
A small gurgling sound is coming from its stomach, and it seems to be feeling unwell.
To make matters worse, when Mikuri watches a video of meat and says "That looks good," there are occasional loud noises coming from her stomach, and her reaction of "Oh no, no!" is also incredibly cute.
After they had watched for a while, we then had them drink a dairy product.
While she was sitting and drinking, a low-pitched "gurgling" sound could be heard even with an external microphone, and you could tell from this sound that the drink was flowing into Mikuri's stomach.
It immediately started making a "grrrrr" sound again, and someone said, "Oh, I thought it would make that sound!"
When he finished drinking and lay down, he made a really strange sound, "Gyogogogogogo," and was told, "What a strange sound." Around 20 minutes and 20 seconds, he made a sound similar to a frog's croak, "Gyooooo."
Also, when the patient sucks in and releases their stomach, there are sounds of water moving, such as "gurgle gurgle gurgle" and "gurgle gurgle," and when the patient turns their body to the side, there are sounds like "gurgle gurgle," and when the patient sucks in their stomach again, there are repeated "gurgle gurgle gurgle" sounds, which, if heard alone, might make it seem as if the patient has diarrhea. Moreover, these sounds are clearly audible even with an external microphone.
Mikuri seemed to be enjoying the sound her stomach made each time she sucked in her stomach.
They started eating the fried chicken after the 27-minute mark.
Mikuri seemed very happy to be having her first meal in about 20 hours, and the moment she put the fried chicken in her mouth, her stomach started rumbling, "Grrr, grrr," as if urging her to swallow it quickly.
After swallowing the fried chicken, there was a gurgling sound, probably from digestion, that sounded just like a frog croaking. It wasn't just like a gurgling sound, it was exactly like a frog croaking. I honestly thought there might be a frog in Mikuri's stomach. It was clearly audible even on the external microphone.
Immediately afterwards, we hear the sound of frogs croaking again, "Gyororo, Gyorororo."
Even after finishing eating, the stomach rumbled loudly, and Mikuri was surprised, saying, "My stomach still rumbles this much even after eating!" When asked if she was full, she made the adorable comment, "It's still saying, 'Give me more!'" And as if in response, a little while after finishing eating, at around 31 minutes and 56 seconds, it rumbled hungry, "Grrrrrrr," and this continued several times.
After fasting for 20 hours, even for someone as slender as Mikuri, one piece of fried chicken doesn't seem to provide nearly enough energy.
From there, the sound got even louder, and around the 34-minute mark, there was a loud "Goooooogugugugu" sound, followed immediately by a loud "Gyururu, Gyuoooooooo" sound, and around the 35-minute mark, it got even louder and didn't stop.
The sound is about the same volume when listening with an external microphone as when listening with a stethoscope.
It sounded like digestion, but even listening to it, I couldn't help but think it was the sound of someone being hungry. Mikuri also said that she was embarrassed to have people hear her digestion sounds, and it made me feel embarrassed just listening to it.
