It is likely that she has a bradycardic arrhythmia.
This is a different type of arrhythmia than Miina's or Reina's.
Of the models I've photographed so far, I felt that Umi, Nagi, and Rio all had similar pulse patterns. Thinking about it, perhaps they also had arrhythmias, but just weren't diagnosed.

When she listened to her own heartbeat for the first time, she said, "It might be faster than I thought!" It seems she had expected it to be slower.
When I change the position of the stethoscope and ask them to listen to the difference in how the heart sounds are heard, they say things like "Hmm?" and place the stethoscope around the pulmonary valve or aortic valve to listen to the heart sounds. It seems that the easiest place to hear is around the apex of the heart near the lower breast, and they say things like "I can hear it so well!" and "Is the heart close?" Conversely, when I place it around the pulmonary valve, they say "It's hard to hear!"
It seems Mikuri's heart is also slightly to the left.
When you drink water, you can hear the sound of the water going down your throat, and your heart rate seems to increase slightly.
"I feel like it's gotten faster!" Mikuri also said.
If you take a deep breath, you can see that you have sinus arrhythmia, as your breathing is faster when you inhale, and slower when you exhale after holding your breath for a moment.
Especially around 11 minutes and 11 seconds, when she holds her breath for a moment, it becomes incredibly slow, to the point where you think she might stop breathing altogether. Is this what Mikuri was talking about as arrhythmia?
My heart rate started to pick up again when I exhaled, so it seemed like my heart wasn't working at that moment.

When Mikuri's chest is compressed, her heart rate increases significantly, suggesting that she is more susceptible to the effects of the compression due to her slender build.
Each beat is strong, and you can see her hands shaking from the heartbeat without even zooming in on the camera. Mikuri herself is also shaking from her heartbeat, which makes me think her heart is fighting back very strongly.
When the pressure is released, the heart rate gradually slows down, but when pressure is applied again, the heart rate quickens again.
Finally, if you zoom in on the hand that is applying pressure and film it, you can clearly see that the hand is shaking, and you can also see that the carotid artery is pulsating strongly.
If the carotid artery were injured in this situation, blood would probably gush out with tremendous ****.

During and after step-up exercises, Mikuri, who doesn't usually exercise, had her heart rate gradually increase as she did the step-ups, and she expressed how tough the exercise was by saying, "It's pretty hard! My legs are starting to hurt!"
Immediately after it finished, the sound was incredibly fast, like a "thump thump thump," and the speed was completely different compared to before it started. It was probably over 120 BPM.
When they put on earphones and listened to the sound of their own heartbeat, they were surprised and exclaimed, "It's fast! It's really fast!" And when they placed their hand on their chest and were asked if they could feel their pulse, they said, "It's beating really fast!"
If you take a deep breath from there, it will slow down a bit, but it's still on the fast side.
Since you don't exercise regularly, it seems that deep breathing alone isn't enough to calm your heart rate.
Finally, I had her sit on the bed and then lie down so I could listen to the changes in her heartbeat.
When I sat up on the bed, my heartbeat calmed down, just as I had been told, "You seem more comfortable now? It's slowed down a bit!" And when I lay down again, my heart was beating so slowly that it was hard to believe it was the same heart that had been beating so furiously right after exercise.

Regarding the electrocardiogram and heart sounds, we used the electrocardiogram machine to examine Mikuri's heart while she was lying down.
During the electrocardiogram (ECG) scan, the movements that Mikuri had mentioned appeared to be due to an arrhythmia. When electrodes were attached, Mikuri's ECG waveform and heart rate were displayed on the screen, and her heart rate at that time was 55 BPM, which is quite bradycardia.
Moreover, the waveform intervals are irregular and unstable, with the heart rate dropping to around 43 BPM, then returning to nearly 50 BPM, and then rising to 60 BPM, repeating this cycle, exhibiting truly strange behavior. When listening to the heart sounds, it suddenly slows down to "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump," and it seems as if the sound might disappear altogether. Then it returns to its original speed again, and rather than the pulse skipping, it simply slows down considerably. This is probably why the hospital saw this behavior when they made the diagnosis.
What's even more surprising is that the person in question doesn't seem to be aware of it.
We also had Mikuri compare her own heart rate with the average heart rate.
When taking a deep breath, the respiratory sinus arrhythmia becomes more pronounced, and when holding your breath, it drops to 49 BPM at the beginning, but then gradually increases as you become more uncomfortable, and when you start breathing again after exceeding 60 BPM, it jumps up to 72 BPM, which is the same as a normal person.
However, it then started to decline again, and the decline became quite slow, leading people to say, "It's really dropping!" Then it started to rise again, but it never really stabilized.

Next, we had the patient wear a bag over their head while the electrocardiograph was attached.
At first, the heart rate drops suddenly from around 60 BPM to 40 BPM, then slows down, and then returns to normal, following the same pattern as before. However, as the oxygen inside the bag decreases, the movement changes, the sudden slowdowns disappear, and instead the heart rate gradually increases. Around 35 minutes and 12 seconds, there is even a momentary stumble in the rhythm.
Initially, breathing is slow and normal, but as the heart rate increases, each breath becomes deeper, as if instinctively trying to take in as much oxygen as possible.
Towards the end, my heart rate rose to 67 BPM, and it no longer suddenly slowed down.
That unique rhythm only seems to appear when the patient is breathing normally and at rest. Also, their oxygen saturation level was low.
Since the patient raised their hand, we removed the bag, allowing them to take in oxygen, which reduced their body's oxygen levels. Their heart rate then decreased to 45 BPM and returned to a rhythm of 55 BPM.

Next, to add even more resistance, we had them wear a bag over their heads and perform leg raises while breathing.
Breathing in a bag is already difficult enough, but now they're also doing exercises, and the bag is smaller than before, so it's putting a lot of strain on them.
My heart rate quickly increased, and it increased faster than before, which is probably because I'm exercising.
The patient reached their limit when their heart rate exceeded 80 BPM, raising their hands, and their oxygen saturation level had dropped to 92. The bag was loosened, but the oxygen saturation level continued to drop, indicating that the oxygen supply was not keeping up with the oxygen consumption.
Her breathing was extremely heavy, as if she were doing step-ups, and she stopped the leg-raising exercise, saying her legs were tired.
Although the oxygen saturation level is gradually returning to normal, we will reseal the bag and have the patient exercise again to further stimulate their body.
She also raised her hand when the tempo exceeded 80 BPM, so it seems that this is Mikuri's limit.
Because your heart rate is low when you're lying down, even a slight increase in it can be quite tiring.
After removing the bag, when we showed them the electrocardiogram monitor, their oxygen saturation had dropped to 86, and they were extremely surprised, saying, "It's dropped so much, ha ha ha," while out of breath.
With this much exercise, it's not surprising that your oxygen levels would drop this low, given the limited oxygen available.
After removing the bag and allowing him to rest, his oxygen saturation returned to normal and his heart rate calmed down, but his breathing still seemed irregular, as he said, "I'm back to normal. Haah haah," still out of breath. After a while, his breathing did stabilize, but once he calmed down, it became an unstable rhythm, sometimes extremely slow and sometimes back to normal, and at one point we measured it at 39 BPM. We don't know if it's due to the effects of exercising in a low-oxygen environment, but his heart was beating so slowly that we were worried it might stop.
This may be normal for Mikuri, but the difference between her heart rate at its fastest and this one is 40 beats per minute, so I was really worried about whether she was okay.
Also, there were droplets of Mikuri's breath on the bag, which we also photographed. I guess that shows how hard she worked.

For echocardiograms and heart sound examinations, the probe is applied while the patient is lying down.
It's a small and cute heart, but its movement is incredibly slow. When you place the probe on it and look at the screen, it's so slow that it seems like it's being played in slow motion.
It's amazing how blood can be supplied to the entire body at such a speed.
After a while, their movements become faster, but they're still quite slow.
"It's moving!" "It's beating really fast!" She was constantly surprised to see her heart, which is inside her body all the time but she was seeing it for the first time. When we then applied the probe, her heart was moving so fast that it was hard to believe it was the same heart that had been moving slowly before. As Mikuri said, "It's moving much more clearly than before!", it was easier to see because it was moving so vigorously after exercise.
"So this is how it works!" he exclaimed, watching his heart rate after the exercise. Although it had slowed down considerably compared to immediately after the workout, even deep breathing didn't make his heart rate extremely slow, which shows just how intense the step-ups had been.

During the masturbation session, I had her do it while completely nude, with her swimsuit removed.
