This is the first recording of Himari's stomach and intestinal sounds when she is 22 years old and hungry.
She was incredibly cute, with a soft, fluffy look, fair skin, and a very slender figure. She also had a black bob haircut, which is one of my favorite hairstyles. She was very demure and young, and simply the perfect model.
Himari's stomach rumbling varied depending on her position, and it rumbled especially loudly when she turned to the side. Despite her cute face, the sound was quite loud, and even with an external microphone, every sound could be heard when she was turned to the side. She closed her eyes in embarrassment.
We were also able to record gastrointestinal sounds for a longer period of time, so we have split this video into two parts. Please note that this video contains gastrointestinal sounds when hungry and when drinking dairy beverages, so please be careful not to confuse them.

Himari, whose stomach tends to rumble, is lying on her back at the beginning of the video, and soon after it starts, she makes a soft "gurgling" sound.
Next, there was a faint "kyuru, poko, poko" sound, and Himari, who was hearing her own stomach rumbling for the first time, said, "I think my stomach is rumbling." Around 1 minute and 53 seconds, a "gyurururu" sound like a dinosaur's roar can be heard.
We asked her about an embarrassing moment when her stomach rumbled during a meal, and she also described what kind of sound it made. She also told us about her favorite foods.
It beeped several more times after that, and it certainly seems prone to beeping, but the sound was quiet, so I asked them to change their position and turn their body to the side.
Just before turning it sideways, it makes a "grrr, thud" sound, and then it starts making a torrent of noise like a relentless rush.
It makes a very loud "Gyuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" sound that lasts for about 3 seconds, and the external microphone picked up the sound clearly.
It was at this time that we learned Himari's urethra was more likely to urinate when she turned her body to the side. Moreover, she hadn't eaten anything for 17 hours, so it seems that this made it even more likely to urinate.
Next, there was a faint "grrrrr" sound, like a motorcycle engine revving, followed immediately by a loud "gukkyuuryuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" sound. It seems the earlier faint sound was a prelude to the louder one.
After another small sound, there was a loud "Gyuuuuuuuuryuri" sound, which sounded like the **** had reached the limit of its hunger.
Himari also said, "It's embarrassing because it makes such a loud noise," and even if it were a man, it would be embarrassing to make such a noise, so it's only natural that it would be embarrassing when a young woman in her twenties is making it.
However, undeterred by the embarrassment, the stomach continued to rumble, and around 14 minutes and 21 seconds, it made a high-pitched "gurgling" sound followed by a roar-like "grrrrrrrrrrrrr." It was as if there was a black hole inside its stomach.
Immediately afterwards, a "Grrrrrrrrr" sound suddenly started, without any warning, and the **** closed its eyes in embarrassment at the sudden noise.
Around the 15:38 mark, there's a loud "gyuuuuuuuu" sound, like water suddenly gushing out of a clogged drain, and it's almost equally audible on an external microphone. With a sound that loud, you'd definitely attract attention if there were people around.
Immediately afterwards, there's a loud "Grrr, gurgle" sound, and not only is the sound cute, but the expression on its face as it closes its eyes and tries to endure the embarrassment is also adorable.
When I asked Himari, whose stomach was rumbling so loudly, if she had a boyfriend who was into stomach sounds, if she would let him hear it, she said, "It would be a little embarrassing." I can't help but want to put myself in a state of hunger so that Himari's stomach would rumble loudly, and then put my ear directly to her stomach to see how embarrassed she would be.
When you turn your body onto your back again, you'll hear a few low "gurgling" sounds, but they're not as loud as when you turned your body to the side.

From around the 24-minute mark, they were given a dairy beverage to drink.

Around 26 minutes and 40 seconds, you can hear a scraping sound in the latter half, like "Gugugugugyu, ru, ri".
Although it was already making plenty of noise, the patient was still lying on their back at this point, so we asked them to turn to the side again to change their position so that it would be easier to make noise.
When she changes position, a loud "Gooookyururururuuuuuuu" sound suddenly comes out without any warning, and around 28 minutes and 54 seconds, she makes a tremendous "Goooooooooooo" sound, whether it's due to the milk drink or hunger, and she closes her eyes again out of embarrassment.
Immediately afterward, there's a "Grrrrrrrrr" sound, similar to the sound effect of hunger often heard in anime.
I asked Himari what kind of sound it was making, and just as I started to speak to get her to answer, the loudest sound we'd heard so far went off, lasting for about five seconds. The roaring sound, her embarrassed expression, and the timing of it happening just as she was about to speak were all fantastic. Of course, it was also picked up by the external microphone, and because the sound itself was so loud, it was clearly audible.

At 33 minutes and 12 seconds, there was another incomprehensible sound, "Gyowaaaagyorororo," and it happened so suddenly that Himari flinched, apparently even feeling the vibrations of her stomach rumbling through the stethoscope. It's no surprise, considering how loud it was.
Besides the examples I've given, there were several other moments where the sound was particularly loud, and Himari's gestures and expressions as she said she was "embarrassed" were, to put it mildly, fantastic.
