Next, we had Himari listen to the rapid heartbeat through earphones. The speed of her heartbeat hadn't changed much from before, and we don't know if she was still nervous or if it was just naturally this fast, but she seemed to think it was fast herself, saying, "It sounds pretty fast!"
We changed the position of the stethoscope and asked Himari to listen to the differences in how the sounds changed. Around the pulmonary valve and aortic valve, breath sounds were slightly mixed in, and near the apex of the heart, the tone of the sound was lower. In any case, there is no doubt that the heartbeat is fast. We asked Himari where the sounds were easiest to hear and she told us.
Next, we had her drink some water and listened to the change in her heart rate. It's common for the heart rate to increase after drinking, but in Himari's case, her heart rate was already fast, so we wondered if there would be any change. However, it did indeed become faster. If it gets any faster, we'll be worried about whether her heart is okay.
Himari also seemed to notice that she was running faster, and after she drank some more water, she was indeed running faster. I'm curious to see just how fast she can get.
Finally, I asked them to take a deep breath.
Her heartbeat was so fast, but when she exhaled with a deep breath, it suddenly slowed down considerably, with a huge difference in speed compared to the original. It probably dropped to around 60 BPM at its slowest. However, when she inhaled again, it returned to its original fast heart rate of over 100 BPM, showing an extreme fluctuation. You could almost tell when she was inhaling and exhaling just by the speed of her heartbeat. It's normal for sinus arrhythmia to occur with deep breathing, but it was particularly noticeable in Himari's case.

Next up is a video about exercise. First, we had them do squats.
Because she is standing, her heart rate is already faster than before. When she does squats, Himari's heart rate increases even more, as she doesn't usually exercise, and it's fastest right after she finishes. I counted, and her heart rate rose to about 132 BPM, which is quite a lot considering that squats can raise it that high. She also seems to be out of breath, and after listening to her own heartbeat, she said, "It's gotten quite fast." Her heart rate didn't calm down after that and remained fast, almost as fast as a small **** like a squirrel.
Even after it was over, she was still standing, but she looked extremely exhausted and seemed to be having trouble standing. I think that her heart was under considerable strain due to her already predisposed tendency towards tachycardia and the unusual exercise. It must have been really tough for her.

After a short break, we then had them do step-ups.
Even the squats looked quite difficult for him, so I was worried about whether he would be okay doing an even more strenuous exercise, but he completed it all. When I asked him which exercise was harder, he surprisingly answered squats.
However, immediately after finishing, my heart was beating very fast, a "thump-thump-thump-thump-thump" sound, clearly faster than during the squats, and my heart rate was over 140 BPM.
While the patient was putting on the earphones, I placed my stethoscope on their chest and could hear their heart beating very fast through the stethoscope, which was quite exciting.
I still vividly remember the feeling I had at that time.
When I asked Himari, she said it was faster than squats, and when she sat on the bed, it slowed down a bit, but it was still quite fast, so at the end I had her lie down on the bed as well.
It's slower than immediately after exercise, but it's still quick considering she was lying down, and it's faster than what other models have reported.

When I compress the patient's chest, I can hear their heartbeat clearly. Because I'm using my full body weight to compress their small body, I can easily understand the position and size of their heart from its movement. Immediately after compression, the heartbeat is a little slower. It's originally fast, so even when it's slow, it's still relatively fast. However, as I continue compressing, it gradually speeds up, indicating that the compression is affecting the rhythm of the heartbeat.
The stethoscope shifted when the pressure was released, so I readjusted its position. The heartbeat slowed down again, but it started to pick up again after a while. It seems that Himari's heart rhythm gets disrupted and slows down the moment pressure is applied and then released.
In the second attempt, the camera was held while applying pressure, causing the screen to shake in time with the heartbeat. This is a result of Himari's heartbeat being transmitted to the camera.
Furthermore, when the camera is brought close to the chest and pressure is applied, the hands twitch in time with the heartbeat, conveying that the heart is working hard against the pressure within this slender body.
In a separate shoot, we had the subject sit down and take several slow, deep breaths, then applied pressure the moment they quickly stood up.
Perhaps due to the combined effects of standing up and the compression, your heart rate became extremely fast midway through, almost as fast as when you do squats.
Even with the same pressure, the way it's applied can make such a big difference in how the heartbeat changes.

The carotid artery pulse and chest pulse were recorded while the patient was lying down.
The carotid artery moves in time with the heartbeat, but since the heart rate is relatively fast at around 90 BPM, the carotid artery's movement is constantly undulating and rapid, so it might be more accurate to describe it as "trembling" rather than "moving." Also, since the neck is wet with water from a spray bottle, the pulsation should be easier to see.
When I placed my finger on the spot where I felt the pulse, I could feel it pulsating.
Also, when we filmed the chest area with the camera, shooting from the abdominal side towards the face, we could see a slight apical impulse, so we captured that in the video as well. The stethoscope placed on the chest was also twitching in time with the heartbeat, and this is easier to see.
The heart is located directly beneath where the stethoscope is placed, so it seems that its movements are transmitted directly to the stethoscope.

When Himari exercised while breathing into the bag, the electrocardiogram and heart sounds showed that her heart rate was already high, at around 95 BPM even before starting. After sealing the bag and starting exercise, her heart rate exceeded 100 BPM within a few seconds. The bag inflated and deflated in time with her breathing, and it was properly sealed.
During exercise, the electrocardiograph's electronic beeps are occasionally irregular, but judging from the heart sounds, it doesn't seem to be an arrhythmia.
At first, Himari was breathing slowly, but the limited oxygen inside the sealed bag was being consumed rapidly due to the exercise, and her oxygen saturation level was dropping rapidly. Her breathing became ragged, and it seemed that she was finding the exercise too difficult, as she lowered her legs and stopped midway. Even so, she continued to breathe with the bag still sealed, and it seemed she was trying to push on a little longer, but unconsciously she reached out to grab the bag with her hands, indicating that her body had already exceeded its limits. At that point, her heart rate rose to 125 BPM and her oxygen saturation level dropped to 80, meaning that Himari's body was severely oxygen-deficient.
Just having a bag over her head causes such a severe oxygen deficiency that it seems Himari can only take in oxygen through her lungs.
When the bag was removed, she was in a dazed state but took deep breaths, her heart rate gradually decreasing and her oxygen saturation recovering. There were many water droplets inside the bag, evidence of Himari's efforts, which were formed by her breathing, so we took separate photos of those as well.

During the echocardiogram and heart sound examination, Himari was able to see her own heart.
When the probe is applied, Himari's heart, which has a fast beating, is beating rapidly, and you can see where her heart is at a glance.
It was about the size of Himari's fist, and we also asked Himari what shape it was.
If you hold your breath, your heart rate will slow down and then gradually increase, as you can see from the heart movements displayed on the screen.

The echocardiogram and heart sounds after exercise showed that, even under normal circumstances, my heart was beating fast, but after exercise it was pitifully fast, about twice as fast as before. Also, I could feel the heartbeat very clearly through the probe in my hand, and I was able to experience the heart sounds, the images, and the sensation of the heart beating all at once, which gave me a very guilty pleasure.
The heart shown on the screen was moving in a way that was almost like a convulsion, frantically pumping blood to compensate for the intense activity within its small body. At that time, the shape of the heart seemed to me like an inverted heart, but Himari said she couldn't see that.

I was also curious about what blood pressure would be like immediately after exercise, so I had the patient sit on the bed and have it measured once they had calmed down. The results were surprising, considering how strenuous the exercise had been, so please take a look.
Himari's blood pressure is indeed quite low.

Next, I attached an electrocardiogram while listening to her heart sounds with a stethoscope. After Himari told me her resting heart rate, she performed leg raises in sync with the movements in a video I showed her.
The waveform is irregular during exercise, but it disappears during intervals and after the workout when the feet are down, and the heart rate gradually increases. At its highest point, it reached around 116 BPM, and although it doesn't look like a particularly strenuous workout, the heart rate increased significantly, so it seems to have been a fairly intense workout.
After the shoot is over, we continue filming until the patient has rested and recovered.

Finally, while wearing the electrocardiograph and stethoscope, she also performed a self-gratifying act.
Himari looks innocent, but it turns out she's quite naughty and even masturbates the day before the shoot.
