This is the first heartbeat of Rena, age 23.

When I asked him to squat down with the stethoscope still on, his heartbeat changed almost immediately, and he stood up again. So I asked him to squat down again and wait, and his heartbeat slowed down. When he stood up again, his heartbeat sped up immediately, and then gradually slowed down again after a while. I guess his body reacts so quickly because he's young.

When chest compressions were performed, the patient did not appear to be in much distress during the compression. However, as the heartbeat was listened to during the compression, it gradually increased in speed, and then slowed down again when the compression was released.
She didn't seem to be in much pain during the compression, but when I asked her after the shoot, she said it was quite painful, so it seems she was enduring it.
The second time, when I applied pressure while holding the camera, the vibrations of Rena's heartbeat were fully transmitted to the camera, causing it to shake and the screen to shake as well. As her heartbeat quickened due to the pressure, the camera's shaking also quickened accordingly. It seems that her heartbeat was very strong and she felt her life was in danger from the external ****.
Finally, when I zoomed in on her chest and applied pressure, I could see my hand moving in time with her heartbeat. Seeing it visualized like this, I could see that the heart, which I had only heard as sound, was actually inside Rena's body and beating.

Despite having a good physique, this person says they don't exercise regularly, and their heartbeat seems to become faster and stronger as they bend their legs and lower their hips during the squats.
After the squats were finished, Rena listened to her heartbeat and said, "I feel like it's gotten faster." The sounds of Rena's heartbeat heard through the stethoscope and the electronic beeps from the electrocardiograph were synchronized, and when I asked Rena what her current heart rate was, she replied, "It's 70!" It seems she knows which is her own heart rate. Her heart rate is also average.
Next, we had them take a deep breath and check if there was a difference in their heart rate when they inhaled and exhaled. Here, the heart rate drops sharply when they exhale and rises sharply again when they inhale, and the difference is clearly visible because the heart rate is visualized.
I also asked them to hold their breath for one minute.
At the beginning of holding her breath, her heart rate dropped slightly and then gradually increased. Her stomach was moving and it looked like she was breathing, but her oxygen saturation was slowly decreasing, so it seems she was indeed holding her breath. When I asked Rena about it later, she said her oxygen saturation had dropped significantly.
When the timer went off and the patient resumed breathing, their heart rate increased rapidly, and at around 37 minutes and 2 seconds, although not visible on the electrocardiograph, a careful listening to the heart revealed what appeared to be a premature contraction.

Next, regarding the electrocardiogram and heart sounds while the patient was exercising while breathing into a bag, there were a lot of premature contractions.
This is one of Rena's heartbeat videos that I especially want you to see.
At the beginning of the exercise, there wasn't much change, and I just felt my heart rate gradually increasing, but around 37 minutes and 54 seconds, I felt my pulse was slightly off.
After that, there was another sound that sounded like a premature contraction, and as the heart rate increased further, it started happening repeatedly, and when I listened to the heart, I heard a stumbling rhythm like "thump, thump, thump-thump, thump, thump."
On the electrocardiogram, we observed that in areas where premature contractions were occurring, there were instances where the waveform appeared twice in a row.
As she continued exercising, she started experiencing premature contractions at a rate of once every four to five beats, which was quite a mess. Moreover, the sounds of her heart heard through the stethoscope and the electronic sounds from the electrocardiograph were out of sync, which was also a mess. They had been properly linked up until then, so it made me wonder if there was something seriously wrong with her heart. I loosened the bag once and then resealed it, but the premature contractions continued to occur frequently. It seems that even Rena's heart, which was healthy under normal circumstances, can become this disrupted when she exercises in a low-oxygen environment.
Finally, the bag was removed and the patient was allowed to rest, but the premature contractions continued to occur repeatedly, and the patient was completely out of control. The oxygen saturation level dropped to a low of 85, and the heart rate exceeded 100 BPM at times, so judging from the numbers, I think the patient was well beyond their limits.
I was relieved when the heartbeat finally returned to normal towards the end.
When I asked how it went, she replied, "It was painful," which is understandable considering the number of premature contractions she experienced. Despite that, she persevered until the end, and we were able to capture some excellent video and audio.

With echocardiography and listening to heart sounds, when we place the probe to locate the heart, we can see a black mass that is moving around.

Next, we performed an echocardiogram after she did some step-ups, and once again, premature contractions occurred. It was so frequent that we were actually worried if it was okay, but we really wanted you to see this as well. As soon as she lay down on the bed immediately after the exercise, she started having repeated premature contractions, like "thump, thump, thump, thump" and "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump," so much so that we thought it might have gotten worse than before, and her heart's pumping function was completely disrupted. When we applied the probe, we could see that her heart twitched and convulsed for a moment at the time of the premature contractions, and although Rena didn't notice, it was very clear from the video that she was having premature contractions. It's cute to see her brave heart trying its best to pump blood despite its malfunctions.
The premature contractions had subsided, so I asked you to take a deep breath as a final step. However, when you inhaled, another premature contraction occurred. It seems that even deep breathing is now causing premature contractions and negatively impacting your heart.
After the scan, we informed Rena that she had experienced premature ventricular contractions, but she said she didn't feel anything in particular. The fact that she was experiencing so many premature contractions without even realizing it, and that we were able to see them through the ultrasound, makes this a truly excellent scan.
All of these ultrasound images are from separate videos, so I especially want you to see the heart during exercise and observe the spasmodic movements of the heart.
