This is the second installment of the "Heartbeat 2" series featuring Myu, a 27-year-old model who is 170 cm tall.
Not only was she tall, but she also had a slim figure with long, slender limbs, and a beautiful, small face. She was the kind of model who wouldn't look out of place on the cover of a fashion magazine.

In the second heart sound recording, we filmed how the heartbeat changes when standing and squatting, as well as how it changes in response to external stimuli such as when ice is applied.

To compare heart sounds while standing versus squatting, we first asked you to listen to your own heartbeat while standing.
When sitting, my heart beats slowly, but when standing, it beats faster because my body is trying to pump blood to every part of my tall frame.

When listening to the heart sounds during the auscultation, I placed the stethoscope on Myu's chest and listened to her heartbeat.
The fact that you're not guessing the answer yourself, but rather having it guessed for you, gives you the feeling of being examined at a hospital.
When I think about it, I'm really envious of doctors in hospitals who can legally listen to women's heartbeats.
I was able to listen to Myu's heartbeat from various locations, including around the apex and above it. Her heartbeat was slow, but at around 6 minutes and 5 seconds, there was a skipped beat, like a premature contraction. I was able to hear the abnormal heartbeat of a woman with a good figure at the perfect moment.
To hear how her heart sounds reacted to having ice applied to her, we asked Myu, who was wearing an eye mask, if there was any change in her reaction or heartbeat when we applied a bag of ice to her.
There was no change in her heart rate, but the moment the ice was applied, she exclaimed, "It's cold!" She flinched and was surprised by the coldness of the ice, so even the gentle Myu seems to be surprised by the cold.
Based on the heart sounds when you stood on the foot reflexology massage board, you said "It might hurt a little!" when you put both feet on it, so it seems like Myu is not a fan of foot reflexology.
The pain seemed to be particularly in the middle of her leg, and upon checking after the photoshoot, it turned out that the pressure points in the painful area were all vital organs such as the heart and liver.
When I asked if he could jump, he replied, "I might not be able to jump!" and "It's impossible!", and it seemed like it was indeed impossible for him. However, when I asked him to stand on it with both feet one last time and jump again, he did jump just a little, but he said, "It really hurts!" and looked like he was in genuine pain.
The heart rate increases the moment you get on or immediately after a jump, so it seems that it really does hurt.
We also had her stand on it with one foot at a time, but it seemed to be quite painful for her, and she quickly got off. It was nice to see a different side of the usually gentle Myu, as she seemed to be in pain and flustered at this moment.
Previously, we only recorded carotid artery pulsation and heart sounds while the patient was lying down, but this time we also recorded them while the patient was sitting. Unlike the heart sounds recorded while lying down (heart sound 1), the heart sounds are stronger and slightly faster. This is probably because the heart has to pump blood against gravity, so the pulsation naturally becomes stronger.
I could also see its neck twitching.
Next, we're recording the pulsation of the abdominal aorta. The image is so clear you can see every single hair on her belly, and the area above her navel is pulsating in time with the heartbeat. The sound and movement are perfectly synchronized, and the sound you're hearing is undoubtedly Myu's heartbeat.
Blood pressure and heart sounds are recorded both while the patient is lying down and sitting up.
My blood pressure reading while lying down was extremely healthy, with values almost exactly the same as average.
Myu is a very healthy model, with a slim figure, no heart murmurs or arrhythmias, and normal blood pressure.
The readings were almost the same whether measured while sitting or sitting, and were enviably healthy.
The heart sounds measured during chest compressions after exercise were taken immediately after the subject had continuously performed step-ups for two minutes.
Even when pressing on her heart during normal activity (heartbeat level 1), I could feel it so clearly, as if it were right there, separated only by a thin layer of skin. But immediately after exercise, it felt like I was pressing directly on her heart, and of course, my hand shaking as I pressed. At one point, I tried holding the camera with my other hand to film, and Myu's heartbeat was directly transmitted to the camera, causing the screen to shake in time with the sound. Through the video, I felt like I had become a part of Myu's heart.
The electrocardiogram and heart sounds recorded while holding your breath show that your heart rate, which was in the 70s before holding your breath, drops to 64 BPM after you stop breathing. From there, your heart rate starts to rise again, while your oxygen saturation drops from 99, so it's likely that you started to feel distressed around this point. It also looks like you started breathing involuntarily due to the discomfort.
When the timer goes off and breathing resumes, the heart rate increases even further.
Furthermore, the oxygen saturation level, which had dropped, did not recover immediately, eventually returning to 99. This showed us just how much change occurs inside the body even from simply holding your breath.
During the electrocardiogram and heartbeat recordings while masturbating, she answered questions that would be considered sexual harassment if asked of a woman initially. Although she answered shyly, she mentioned that her lower body is very sensitive, so perhaps Myu actually loves sex.
