Product Information of "Rika's heartbeat 2"
* This work is fictional, and all persons appearing in it were 18 years of age or older and were filmed with their consent.
Thank you for viewing.
This is the second heartbeat of Rika, age 25.
She was a slender, blonde beauty with a toned, slim body, well-shaped breasts, a perfect figure, bright hair, and a refined face. Rika had an active and cheerful personality, and had previously studied in the medical field, so she seemed interested in medical procedures and contacted me when she learned about my photoshoot.
In stark contrast to Rika's bright and energetic appearance, her heartbeat was slow and calm, and at times her heart rate even dropped below 60 BPM, indicating bradycardia. This contrast with her active image was very appealing.
Furthermore, Rika has a constitution that makes her prone to hypoglycemia, and in the second heart sound test, there were instances where she was dizzy due to hypoglycemia, and her normally slow heart rate became faster due to the low blood sugar, causing palpitations.

That is the case.
The video is 52 minutes and 28 seconds long.
When comparing heart sounds while standing and squatting, we first ask you to listen to your heart sounds while standing. It seems this is the first time you've heard your heart sounds while standing, and you say, "It might be faster when I'm standing!" Indeed, it sounds a little faster, and the sound also seems stronger.
That means your heart is working harder when you're standing.
If you move the stethoscope towards the lower part of the breast, you will be able to hear the sounds around the apex of the heart more clearly, and you will notice that it is beating even more strongly.
When she squats down, her heartbeat slows down by one beat at a time, going "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump," to the point where it seems like it might stop altogether. This is typical of Rika's slightly bradycardia. However, when she stands up again, the speed changes to "thump, thump, thump, thump," and Rika says, "It's completely different!" When she squats down again, her heartbeat slows down once more, and she laughs, saying, "It's so slow!" She even describes the condition of her heart in detail, saying, "It was so slow I thought it was going to stop!" It's clear that she really enjoys medical procedures.
Moreover, if you listen carefully, around the 3:20 mark, you can hear a "dot-dot, dot-dot, dot-dot" sound that resembles an irregular heartbeat. It wasn't a constant rhythm; it sped up and slowed down, and had irregular movements, making it a heartbeat that I could listen to over and over without getting tired of it.
For the blood pressure measurement, we first had Rika take hers while she was sitting. Rika has a tendency towards bradycardia and her blood pressure is usually on the lower side, so it's below average, but not to the point of being hypotensive. She had eaten a little food before the gastrointestinal sound recording, and the reading was taken while she was sitting, so we then took hers again while she was lying down.
When we measured it, it was lower than when she was sitting. Her heart rate was also below 60 BPM, indicating bradycardia. Rika was also surprised by how much it had dropped compared to before, exclaiming, "It's plummeted!" and "My blood pressure is really low!"
When I compressed her chest after her exercise, her heart rate after step-ups was about 110 BPM, which is about twice as fast as normal. Compressing her heart at that rate, I could directly feel both the movement of her chest due to her heavy breathing and the beating of her heart, and I was so excited that I almost forgot I was filming as her exhaled breath hit my face.
I do this all the time during photo shoots, but I still get excited every time.
Rika's expression shows she is in pain after being subjected to chest compression immediately after strenuous exercise. Her heart rate is also unstable, possibly due to the compression, and her body is shaking in time with her heartbeat.
That must mean her heartbeat was very strong. I think Rika herself could probably feel her heartbeat resonating inside her body. As the pressure continued, the sound of her heart gradually became quieter and seemed like it was about to disappear.
When I released the pressure, she looked relieved, and her heartbeat returned to normal, which also relieved me.
Finally, I also took a separate video to measure my blood pressure immediately afterward.
My blood pressure has risen since I was sitting down earlier, and is now almost at the average level. It seems that exercise helps to bring it up to a good level since it was originally low.
For various pulses and heart sounds, we take images in the following order: carotid artery, abdominal aorta, and groin.
The initial carotid artery pulsation is very clear because the heart rate itself is slow, at approximately 58 BPM, making each individual beat easily discernible. The pulsation moves in a wave-like motion, and there are moments when the body moves, causing the heart rate to increase slightly, and the pulsation speeds up accordingly. Although the footage was taken from a distance, it is still clearly visible, showing that blood is being pumped properly. In addition to the pulsation, the collarbone is also clearly and beautifully defined, which is another detail that catches the eye.
Next, we can see the pulsation of the abdominal aorta, which twitches in time with Rika's breathing as her stomach contracts. Midway through, we change the camera position and take a shot from the side, which makes the movement even clearer. In addition to her slender figure, we could also see that she has fine, beautiful skin with a light layer of downy hair.
The final pulsation at the base of her leg is clearly visible, with the swimsuit and the delicate area between her leg and thigh twitching. You might also want to see her without the swimsuit, but that scene is included in Heartbeat 1, so if you're interested, please purchase that.
The blood pumped from the heart in the center of the chest reaches all the way here, and the **** is so strong that you can even see the pulsation, which really shows how powerful the heart is. Midway through, I also filmed the base of the opposite leg, and it was twitching there as well, and at one point it suddenly flinched and its heartbeat rapidly increased. This is around the 23-minute mark in the video. Apparently, it had fallen asleep and woken up when it realized it was asleep. I would like you to see what the pulsation in the base of the leg looked like at that moment.
Next, we used a heart monitor to listen to the Doppler sound.
As soon as the probe was applied, the patient heard the Doppler sound and exclaimed, "It's very clear!" They also commented that the volume and intensity of the sound were clearer and easier to hear than with a stethoscope, and the heart rate was displayed as around 85-90 BPM, which is a little on the high side.
When she held her breath, the Doppler sound gradually slowed down and seemed about to stop, causing Rika to laugh. When she resumed breathing, the Doppler sound seemed to become very fast, then slowed down again, and was unstable. At that point, Rika became dizzy and seemed to be hyperventilating, and asked us to stop filming, at which point the video ended.
It turned out that she was experiencing hypoglycemia at the time and looked like she was about to collapse, so we immediately had her lie down on the bed.
So, when I was feeling dizzy at the end, I was in a genuine state of hypoglycemia, and that's why I was able to hear that Doppler sound.
For the electrocardiogram and heart sounds during bag breathing, participants were asked to wear a bag over their heads while at rest and to breathe.
At the beginning of wearing the bag, the heart rate was slow, around 59-61 BPM, and there was no change in oxygen saturation. This continued for a while, and I thought there would be no change, but suddenly the heart rate began to rise. Although the oxygen saturation did not change, the heart rate rose to around 67 BPM, and at that point, the person raised their hands, so I removed the bag. Even then, the heart rate remained high, and I could see that breathing with the bag on had caused the change in heart rate.
In the section on chest compressions, we compress Rika's chest while she lies on the floor, and you can hear the changes in her electrocardiogram and her heart sounds during this process.
Before compression, the heart rate was around 66 BPM, but after compression, it dropped sharply to 55 BPM.
For Rika, who has a tendency towards bradycardia, chest compressions seem to exacerbate her bradycardia even further.
Looking at the changes in heart rate, it tries to increase gradually, reaching 64 BPM at one point, but then quickly drops again. It seems like the compression is preventing it from functioning properly.
When the pressure was released, the heart rate increased sharply as a rebound, showing a very clear reaction.
We took the electrocardiogram and listened to the heart sounds while Rika was standing, having her stand while we prepared for other shoots. When she was sitting or lying down, her heart rate was sometimes as slow as below 60 BPM, but when she was standing, it consistently showed around 72-88 BPM, so it seems that Rika's heart rate is faster when she is standing.
Even subtle changes, such as yawning or slight physical movement, can alter the heart rate.
The electrocardiogram and heart sounds during the squats showed that Rika's heart rate was over 90 BPM from the very beginning, and she said, "It's already high!" After that, her heart rate continued to rise, exceeding 100 BPM immediately after finishing. Even though her heart rate is normally slower, this was extremely tough for Rika, and she appeared to be out of breath.
It seems that you can clearly feel the pulse when you place your hand on your carotid artery, and you can also feel your own heartbeat through the hand holding the stethoscope.
We asked Rika to take deep breaths to try and lower her heart rate, but it would go down once, then rise again, and it wasn't stabilizing. Rika was also leaning forward and looked like she was in pain.
It appears you've experienced hypoglycemia again. When you lie down in bed, your heart rate drops below 70 BPM, but then quickly rises again, which seems to be causing palpitations.
Finally, with the electrocardiogram still attached, the patient performed a masturbatory act, and we observed the changes in the electrocardiogram readings.
Incidentally, it seems that Rika loves sex so much that she masturbates twice a day.
However, this was my first time masturbating while monitoring the changes in my electrocardiogram, and when I adjusted the strength of the electric massager and applied it, my heart rate increased.
Her heart rate fluctuates, sometimes dropping slightly, then quickly rising again. In particular, when Rika looks comfortable, her heart rate increases accordingly, and the electrocardiogram shows her body's honest reactions.
Her breathing gradually became heavier, and in the end, she climaxed while repeatedly shouting, "Ah, I'm coming!" Her heart rate at that moment was probably as high as when she's doing squats, and her heart was beating fast, with each beat being strong and making a "back, back, back" sound. That's how intensely she climaxed.
After reaching that point, my heart rate gradually began to settle down.
