This is a recording of the gastrointestinal sounds of Sae, age 31.

I never thought someone this cute would agree to be photographed, but I mustered up the courage to ask, and she readily agreed, which made me incredibly happy.
On the day of the shoot, she arrived earlier than scheduled, and when I met her in person, she was even cuter than I had seen in the photos beforehand. For a moment, time seemed to stop.
Sae has a quiet personality, but her stomach and intestines make loud, deep, resonant noises that are the complete opposite of her character. The contrast between this cute girl and the low, resonant sounds she makes uncontrollably is irresistible.
Even with an external microphone, louder sounds can be heard, so please listen to the sounds from your stomach that are leaking out of your body, and I hope you can feel the sense of presence as if you were right there with us.

At the beginning of the video, while introducing herself, she makes a "gurgling, gurgling" sound that sounds like it's full of water, and this sound continues for a while. After about a minute, she suddenly makes a loud "squeak, squeak, squeak squeak squeak squeak" sound, and Sae herself looks surprised when she hears her own loud noise.
At 2 minutes and 26 seconds, you can hear a "squeak" sound, like something you'd hear in a drama.
Of course, we made sure they were hungry when we filmed them, and when we asked how long it had been since they last ate, they said they hadn't eaten anything since 7 PM the previous day. Since it was past noon when we filmed, it seems they hadn't eaten for about 18 hours.
Also, while she was answering, she was making loud noises like "Gugyuuuu, Gyororooooo," which is quite different from the quiet Sae-san, and it could be heard even with the external microphone.
Not only is she hungry, but she also did a lot of exercise for the heartbeat recording before this shoot, so Sae's body has almost no energy left, and the sounds she makes are those of a truly starving state.
She said her stomach doesn't usually rumble much, but it's already rumbling like crazy at the beginning of the video.
When I asked Sae, "It's making quite a noise," she seemed embarrassed that I could hear her stomach rumbling, and she replied, "It's embarrassing that you can hear it!" Not only was the sound great, but her embarrassed reaction was also fantastic.
Also, when we asked about their favorite foods, shortly after they answered, they started making sounds like "gurururu, gyuuu" or "goooo," which could be faintly heard even through the external microphone.
If someone asks you that when you're hungry, it'll only make your stomach rumble even more, won't it?
Sae-san has been making quite a lot of noise up to this point, and even when she turns her body to the side, she's still making a lot of noise.
When I asked him to turn to his side, the air in his stomach moved, and the sound started to rumble in response. This happened a little while after he finished turning to his side, around the 8 minute 22 second mark.

The external microphone was positioned right in front of her belly, so we could hear everything very clearly. The sound was so loud that we didn't even need to press our ears right against Sae's belly; we could hear it so clearly just by getting a little closer.
After a while, we had him lie on his back again, and when he stretched after about 11 minutes, we heard a loud "gurgle, grrr" sound. I imagine that when he stretched, his stomach was also stretched, compressing the air inside and causing the sound.
Even after he stopped stretching, his stomach rumbled several times, possibly due to irritation. Around 12 minutes and 49 seconds, it made a loud "gurgle, gurgle" sound, and then immediately started again with a "gurgle, gurgle, gurgle" that wouldn't stop. It could be faintly heard even on the external microphone.
When I asked Sae what kind of sound it was making, she said, "It sounds like a frog!" and immediately afterward, it really did sound like a frog croaking. It seems Sae has a frog in her stomach.
Around the 14-minute mark, when she sucked in her stomach, it made a "grrrrr" sound the moment she did, and when she continued to suck in it, it made a "grrrrr" sound like a hungry ****, and when she released her stomach, it made a "kyurururuuu" sound, this time in a higher pitch.
After that, I was allowed to press on her stomach with my hand.
Around the 18-minute mark, when she smells the fried chicken, her stomach starts rumbling loudly. She's hungry, and only allowed to smell the fried chicken without being given any to eat, so her stomach rumbles—it's the perfect scenario, and I couldn't help but give a fist pump in my head. Sae's reaction of being embarrassed by the sound of her stomach rumbling in this situation, saying "It's so embarrassing," was also fantastic from a fetishist's perspective. The sound is quite loud because it's clearly audible even with the external microphone.
They also said, "I want to eat it quickly!", but of course, we didn't let them eat it. When we let them smell it again, they started yelling loudly once more.
From around the 22-minute mark, they start drinking dairy products.
While it's drinking, it makes a short, low "gyuuu" sound, but once it's finished drinking and lying down, it makes a sloshing sound followed by another "gyogyoro, gyorororo" sound that sounds like a frog croaking. It's definitely made its home.
Even when listening with an external microphone, you can clearly hear the "gurgling" sound. Around 26 minutes and 32 seconds, there's a "squeaking" sound, and right after saying "I'm embarrassed," there's a deep, cave-like "gurgling" sound that makes you feel embarrassed just listening to it.
When the bird turned to the side again midway through, it became even more active, and the sounds it made were not cute, but rather low, gurgling and rumbling noises that suggested it was unwell, which were clearly audible even with an external microphone.
When I turned back onto my back, it made a monstrous "Gugyurururu" sound, and it continued to rumble intermittently afterward. Compared to before I drank, the intervals between my stomach rumbling seem to be shorter.
Finally, they are served fried chicken.
What kind of sounds will your stomach make after eating for the first time in about 18 hours?
While eating, there's a gurgling sound like a drain running, and after a while, there's a constant low-pitched "gurgling" and "gurgling" sound.
Around 32 minutes and 54 seconds, there's a "Gugyuuuuu" sound followed immediately by an extremely loud "Gyururu, Gyorororo" sound. Even when listened to with an external microphone, it sounds almost as loud as when heard with a stethoscope, so it's definitely echoing throughout the room.
The bell kept ringing even after we finished eating; in fact, it was ringing even more than usual.
In particular, around 34 minutes and 20 seconds there is a very loud "gurururu gyuugyuuuu" sound, which is even louder around 35 minutes and 47 seconds. Furthermore, at 36 minutes and 28 seconds there is an extremely loud sound for about 6 seconds, and you can hear from the sound that it is trying to recover the body's lost energy as quickly as possible.
Of course, there were many other places besides those I've mentioned that were extremely loud, and it would be impossible to list them all. That's how loud it was.
When I asked Sae, "If your boyfriend had a fetish, would you let him hear it?", she replied, "It might be embarrassing!", and it seems she doesn't want him to hear it. However, she then played it at a very loud volume that resonated throughout the room, and she let us hear every last bit of it—a sound that even her boyfriend wouldn't let her hear.
