This is the second heartbeat of Sae, age 31.
She had fair, smooth skin and perfectly formed features, making her look like a doll; she was incredibly beautiful.
I never thought someone this cute would agree to be photographed, but I mustered up the courage to ask, and she readily agreed, which made me incredibly happy.
On the day of the shoot, she arrived earlier than scheduled, and when I met her in person, she was even cuter than I had seen in the photos beforehand. For a moment, time seemed to stop.
Sae-san was very quiet at first, but as the shoot progressed, she opened up and it turned out to be a very enjoyable shoot.
Sae's heart rate is slightly on the tachycardia side, and she is prone to arrhythmias when her heart rate changes, especially when it speeds up, such as during exercise or when her posture changes. She experiences frequent premature contractions, like Reina and Miina, whom we introduced previously, with a "thump, thump, thump, thump" sound, which can also be confirmed in heart sound 2.

To hear your heart sounds while standing and while squatting, we first ask you to listen to your own heartbeat using a stethoscope while you are standing.
Sae's heart rate is fast even when she's sitting, but when she's standing, her heart rate is 110 BPM, which is slightly faster than when she's sitting.
When you squat down, your heart rate slows down dramatically, and then when you stand up again, it speeds up again. At this point, you hear a "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump" sound indicating that premature contractions are occurring.
When you squat down again and then stand up, the same thing happens again, so it's not a coincidence; it seems your heart can't keep up with the sudden change in your heart rate.
Additionally, we took electrocardiograms while the patient was standing and squatting, so we have included those images as well.
When the patient was asked to squat down from a standing position and then stand up again, their heart rate rose to 125 BPM, and premature contractions occurred again. The electrocardiogram also showed a distorted waveform, and the intervals between the beeps were slightly irregular.

When you lie down, your heartbeat sounds calmer than before, and it's a reassuringly gentle pace. I feel like I want to put my ear directly to your chest and listen to your heartbeat.
When you stretch, your heart rate quickens slightly, and you can see from the change in your heart rate that your body is adjusting the amount of blood it pumps depending on your posture. Sae, who was listening, also said, "It's gotten a little faster!"
Finally, I asked them to stand up and I also asked them to listen to the changes in their heartbeat at that time.

For the recording of the heartbeat while she struck sexy poses, we asked her to take on a variety of poses, including poses that emphasized her chest and bold poses with her legs spread wide.
The camera gets really close, which makes it exciting to watch.
There were moments when my heart rate seemed to quicken slightly as I changed poses.

The electrocardiogram and heart sounds were taken while the patient was lying down and at rest, with the electrocardiogram attached and the heart rate monitored. Sae's heart rate is naturally on the higher side, and is even higher than the average for women in their 30s.
When Sae-san compared her own heart rate to the average heart rate, she said, "That's fast!" and chuckled a little, and at that moment her heart rate increased slightly again.
If you take a deep breath, you won't notice much difference in your heartbeat, but if you look at the heart rate on an electrocardiogram, you'll see that the speed changes between inhaling and exhaling. Visualizing these differences numerically makes them much clearer than just listening to your heartbeat.
Finally, I asked them to hold their breath. They managed to hold it for a full minute, but they did take a few breaths midway through. That's proof that they pushed themselves to their limits.
At first, her heart rate decreased, but after a while, perhaps because she was feeling uncomfortable, her heart rate increased, and Sae's heart showed the normal response to holding her breath.

The electrocardiogram and heart sounds recorded during bag breathing were captured from the moment the bag was placed over the head and sealed, until the bag was removed and the heartbeat calmed down.
Initially, Sae's heart rate was a little fast at 94 BPM, but this is normal for her, and her oxygen saturation was 100, meaning her body had maximum oxygen. When she breathed inside the bag, her heart rate fluctuated between 97 and 102 BPM, and she also experienced several premature contractions.
Her breathing gradually deepened, and towards the end, no matter how much she inhaled, it seemed like she wasn't getting enough oxygen. Although her oxygen saturation level didn't drop much, remaining at 94, it seemed like it was already quite difficult for Sae.
When the bag was removed, the heart rate increased slightly, and premature contractions occurred. After a while, the heart rate gradually calmed down, and the oxygen saturation returned to normal at 100.

The electrocardiogram and heart sounds during the squat exercise showed that my heart rate was already on the higher side at 121 BPM even before starting.
When I started doing squats, my heart rate inexplicably decreased, but then it started to rise again, and then I began experiencing premature contractions. I counted at least five of them, and they were happening one after another, so my pulse was all over the place.
When looking at the waveform, it appears that there are two patterns of waveform changes when premature contractions occur: one is a pattern where the interval becomes narrower and two waveforms appear in succession, and the other is a pattern where one beat of the waveform simply skips.
Based on the heart sounds, both appear to be premature contractions, but the waveforms look different.
After a while, my irregular pulse subsided, and although my heart rate was a little high right after finishing the squats, I took a deep breath at the end to calm myself down.

Regarding the pulsation of the solar plexus and the sound of the heart, while preparing for other shoots, Sae-san was looking at her solar plexus, and upon closer inspection, it was twitching and rippling, so we took a photo.
In the video, her body twitches in time with her heartbeat, and upon closer inspection, her skin is incredibly beautiful, with even individual hairs clearly visible.

I took a look at the pulsation in the groin area and the sound of the heart after I had already taken a picture of the pulsation in the solar plexus, and I noticed that it was twitching there as well, so I took a picture of that too.
The area where it's pulsating is in a very sensitive spot, and at first I thought about taking off my swimsuit to take the photo. However, I figured that if I did that, people's eyes would be drawn to something other than the pulsation, so I resisted the urge and took the photo with my swimsuit on.

Next, they measured my blood pressure.
When we had Sae, who said her blood pressure was about normal, lie down and measured it, it was about the average blood pressure for a woman in her 30s, which is very healthy.
When Sae-san tried on the results, she seemed a little pleased and said, "I think it's about average!"
Next, when I measured my blood pressure while sitting, it was extremely high, in stark contrast to the healthy reading from before. The text is difficult to read, but it says "High Blood Pressure," so it appears I have hypertension.
Sae-san also chuckled, saying, "It's more expensive than before..."
It's unusual for blood pressure to change so drastically just from a change in posture, let alone become hypertensive. Could this be related to a higher incidence of premature ventricular contractions?

In the chest compression test after exercise, participants were asked to perform step-ups and then immediately stand against a wall for chest compressions. Not only did their heart rate increase during exercise, but they also experienced numerous premature contractions, which was already satisfactory. However, when further chest compressions were performed, the vigorous beating of the heart was transmitted to the palm of the hand, and countless premature contractions occurred in rapid succession at a rate of approximately once every four beats. When these contractions occurred, it was noticeable that the heart briefly stopped beating.
My heart feels like it's about to break, but it was an amazing experience to have my heart, which was pounding so hard and experiencing arrhythmias, compressed like that.
When I held the camera with my other hand and pressed down, I could feel Sae's heartbeat through my palm, and that feeling was transmitted to the camera through my body, causing the screen to shake in time with her heartbeat. I think that conveys just how intensely her heart was beating, don't you?
Also, immediately after this photo shoot, they took my blood pressure in a separate photo shoot.
The results were surprising and, although difficult to read, they also showed a "high blood pressure" indication.

Regarding the sound of her heartbeat when her breasts were massaged, I was allowed to massage Sae's breasts and listen to her heartbeat.
Why are women's breasts so soft and feel so good?
And deep within those soft breasts is her heart, too. If I could hear her heartbeat while caressing her breasts, I think I could die happy.
When Sae's breasts were massaged, she seemed to be feeling something, letting out a small sound, and her heart rate was around 90 BPM.
