Product Information of "Sae's heartbeat 1"

* This work is fictional, and all persons appearing in it were 18 years of age or older and were filmed with their consent.

Thank you for viewing.
This is the first heartbeat of Sae, age 31.
She had fair, smooth skin and perfectly formed features, making her look like a doll; she was incredibly beautiful.
I never thought someone this cute would agree to be photographed, but I mustered up the courage to ask, and she readily agreed, which made me incredibly happy.
On the day of the shoot, she arrived earlier than scheduled, and when I met her in person, she was even cuter than I had seen in the photos beforehand. For a moment, time seemed to stop.
Sae-san was very quiet at first, but as the shoot progressed, she opened up and it turned out to be a very enjoyable shoot.
Furthermore, Sae has a constitution that makes her prone to arrhythmias when her heart rate changes, especially when it speeds up, such as when she exercises or changes her posture. She was experiencing frequent premature contractions, similar to Reina and Miina, whom we introduced previously, with a "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump" sound.
From what I've heard, there are easily more than 10 instances of premature contractions in this video alone, and the electrocardiogram also confirmed their presence in the waveform.
It seems that she had never been diagnosed at a hospital, so it appears she has the same condition as Reina, a hidden arrhythmia. We've really found an incredible talent!

That is the case.
The video is 55 minutes and 44 seconds long.

First, they introduced themselves, and then they used a stethoscope to listen to my heart sounds.
Sae, who says she's a little nervous, has a heartbeat that goes "thump, thump, thump, thump," and it's not just a little nervous, her heart rate is quite fast at around 106 BPM.
Wouldn't you say that Sae's current state is exactly like saying her heart is about to jump out of her chest from nervousness?
When I asked her if she would let her boyfriend listen to her heartbeat if he had a heart fetish, she said, "I think I'd be embarrassed..." It seems that even her boyfriend finds it embarrassing to listen, and since I, whom she had just met, was listening to it the whole time during the photoshoot, her heart was beating faster because of the embarrassment.
During the shoot, we asked her to place her hand on her chest to see if she could feel her heartbeat, and she also answered questions such as, "Why did you decide to participate in this photoshoot?"

Sae's heart was beating so fast from embarrassment and nervousness that it felt like it might jump out of her chest. When she listened to her own heartbeat, she said, a little shyly, "It's faster than I thought!"
That means it's that fast.
The embarrassed look on her face at that moment was incredibly cute. Her good looks make it even more so.
We had them place a stethoscope on various parts of their body and listen to the differences in how the heartbeat sounded.
Around the apex of the heart, you can hear a low-pitched sound, and around the pulmonary artery, you can hear the heartbeat as if it's far away.
Either way, her heart was beating fast, and Sae-san couldn't help but chuckle at how fast it was, saying, "It's fast no matter where you listen!"
Normally, drinking water makes your heart beat faster, but in Sae's case, it doesn't seem to change much. That said, it's already fast, so it would be a problem if it got any faster.
Finally, I was asked to take a deep breath to calm my heartbeat, but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference here either.
Sae-san also mentioned that her exhalation was slightly slower than her inhalation, and indeed, it did seem a little slower. However, as soon as she inhaled again, her heart rate would quickly pick up again, consistently exceeding 100 BPM. Perhaps Sae-san has a naturally fast heart rate. (This is just my personal opinion.)

When chest compressions were performed, the heart sounds indicated that not only the heart but also the lungs were being compressed. When the compressions were released, the patient took a deep breath, and their chest expanded accordingly.
If you zoom in on her chest and press down, you can see that my hand has sunk about 5 centimeters into Sae's chest, and I think you can see from the video that I'm not acting, but pressing with all my might.
I always push the limits during these photoshoots, so the models' reactions vary.
Her hands were moving slightly in time with her heartbeat, and seeing the adorable and beautiful Sae's heartbeat was so realistic that I got so excited I almost got a nosebleed.

When I did squats, I could clearly hear premature contractions in my heartbeat.
Sae, who doesn't usually exercise, starts doing squats, and her already fast heartbeat quickens even further. Several times during the squats, you can hear her pulse skipping for a moment, making a "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump" sound.
When I stood up after the squats were finished, I noticed that my heart was beating fast, and I had more than 10 premature contractions occurring at a rate of about once every four beats, with a "thump-thump-thump-thump, thump-thump-thump, thump-thump-thump" sound. My pulse was irregular.
When she took a deep breath, the premature contractions stopped, but I was surprised that they occurred so much after just a little exercise. When I told Sae about it after the shoot, she was surprised herself, as she hadn't realized they were happening.

Next, we had the patient perform step-up exercises, during which we measured their electrocardiogram and recorded their heart sounds using an electrocardiograph.
This exercise is more intense than squats, and Sae-san said during the workout, "This is much harder!"
The video is occasionally blurry, and the electrocardiogram waveform is distorted during the step-up exercises due to movement, but the measurements are clear after the exercises are finished.
During the step-up exercise, the heart rate gradually increased, reaching 145 BPM. Immediately after finishing, premature contractions occurred, sounding like stumbling, with a "thump-thump-thump-thump, thump-thump-thump" rhythm. The electrocardiogram also briefly cut out as the heartbeat, as heard through the stethoscope, and the heart rate rose even further to 151 BPM. It appears the heart has overheated.
When I did the squats earlier, all I heard was sound, but when I looked at the electrocardiogram, I could see skipped beats, and the waveform clearly showed that they were premature contractions.
Also, she was breathing much more heavily than when she did squats, and when I asked her if she could feel her heartbeat by placing her hand on her chest, she kept her hand on her chest for a while and then said breathlessly, "I can tell it's really fast," and I also placed my hand on her chest, and I could feel it beating really fast just by touching it.
After taking deep breaths, the premature contractions subsided and Sae's heart returned to normal, but her heart rate was not decreasing quickly enough, so we asked her to sit up on the bed. (We switched to the video feed from another camera when she sat up on the bed.)
Sitting down helped the patient calm down somewhat, but their heart rate remained well above 100 BPM, and they also experienced one premature contraction.

For the electrocardiogram and heart sounds recorded while exercising with a bag over the head, the patient lies on a bed with a bag over their head, sealing it tightly, and performs leg raises.
The heart rate, which was initially 90 BPM, gradually increased, and several premature contractions occurred along the way, with a "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump" sound. The electrocardiogram also confirmed that the pulse was skipped.
Her heart rate was over 100 BPM at that time, so it's possible that Sae's heart is prone to this when her heart rate exceeds 100 BPM due to exercise or other physical activity. We can discover a lot of things by looking at an electrocardiogram.
Midway through, she raised her hands due to lack of oxygen and loosened the bag, at which point her oxygen saturation level dropped to 85. After a short while, the bag was resealed and she continued exercising. Finally, she reached her limit, so the bag was removed and she was allowed to rest. Gradually, her heart rate calmed down and her oxygen saturation level returned to normal, showing that Sae also consumes oxygen to survive.

The carotid artery pulsates with each heartbeat, and its movement is easily noticeable even from a distance. If I saw it moving like that on a train, I would definitely stare at it.
When I touched it with my finger, I could feel it beating, and I couldn't help but imagine what would happen if I pressed down hard on it.

With echocardiography, when a probe is placed on the heart, the heart, beating at approximately 90 BPM, is displayed on the echocardiogram screen.
The shape is round and the size is about the same as Sae's fist, so I think what's being projected is almost life-sized Sae's heart.
We also showed Sae her own heart, and when we asked her what shape it was, she said, "Is it round?" and also, "It's alive!" It seems that seeing her heart beating made her truly realize that she was alive. After the shoot, when we asked her what other shapes it looked like besides round, she said it looked like a fish. She said the same thing in the sample video.
I asked them to hold their breath, but their heart rate didn't seem to change much, just like when they take a deep breath.

Next, we performed an echocardiogram to examine the heart immediately after the step-up exercise.
During exercise, the patient experienced several premature contractions and skipped beats. After the exercise, we had the patient lie down on a bed and placed a probe on their chest containing their rapidly beating heart. The ultrasound image clearly showed that the heart was beating faster than normal.
You can tell from your heart rate that you've been getting plenty of exercise.
Sae also noticed the difference in movement compared to normal, saying, "That's fast!" and chuckled a little at how fast it was.
After taking a deep breath to calm my heartbeat, at around 45 minutes and 20 seconds, I heard a "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump" sound indicating premature contractions, and on the ultrasound, it appeared that my heart was behaving somewhat abnormally.
We have a separate video showing only the ultrasound screen, so please feel free to take a look if you'd like.

For the heart sounds during masturbation, we had participants wear an electrocardiogram while masturbating and observed the changes in their heart rate during that time.
Before she masturbated, I asked her questions that would probably be considered sexual harassment if asked in everyday life, such as "How many times a week do you do it?" and she answered them.
Then, as you apply the electric massager, adjusting its intensity, to masturbate, your heart rate will increase in response.
Occasionally, she lets out a sigh-like "Mm..." and her pleasure intensifies, her heart rate continues to rise, and finally she lifts her hips and reaches orgasm. You can tell that her heart rate is at its highest at that moment, indicating that she's truly climaxing.
Moreover, it seems that one time wasn't enough for Sae, as she immediately started masturbating a second time. It turns out she actually enjoys naughty things, which is quite a charming contrast. It took her longer to reach orgasm this time than the first time, but her heart rate gradually increased in the same way, and in the end she came again, lifting her hips, and she looked incredibly pleased.
Although there were no premature contractions, seeing such a beautiful and cute woman doing something so lewd, and then watching her heart rate, pulse, the way she climaxed, and her heavy breathing, was incredibly exciting, and I found myself rewatching it many times while editing.
The set containing Sae's heart sounds 1 and 2 includes footage of her heartbeat while she was masturbating in full nudity.
