This is the first heartbeat of Riona, age 23.

During the self-introduction and heartbeat test, after a brief self-introduction, when you place a stethoscope on your heart, you will hear a very slow heartbeat: "thump, thump, thump."
My heart rate is also below 60 BPM, at approximately 58 BPM.
She doesn't seem nervous, but she's moving so slowly that I'm worried whether blood is circulating properly throughout Riona's body.

When asked about her reaction to hearing her own heartbeat, Riona said things like, "It's surprisingly resonant!" and "It was slow!" after listening to her own heartbeat with a stethoscope, and she herself was a little surprised that her heart was beating so slowly.
I ask patients to listen to the differences in how their heartbeat sounds as they place the stethoscope on various parts of their body, saying things like, "Does it sound much different?" or "I can hear it better here!"
According to Riona, placing the stethoscope lower down on the chest makes it easier to feel the heartbeat through the stethoscope and hear the sound more clearly.
When she drank some water, it was easy to see her heart rate quicken, perhaps because her heart rate was originally slow, and Riona happily exclaimed, "Oh! It's gotten faster!"
Finally, I ask you to take a deep breath.
Like other models, Riona's heart rate is faster when she exhales than when she inhales, but in her case, her heart rate is already slow, and it gets even slower when she exhales. It looks like it might stop completely, but when she inhales, her heart rate quickens up in sync with her breathing.

To monitor the heart rate and oxygen saturation in real time while participants held their breath, we used a pulse oximeter to keep track of their heart rate and oxygen saturation levels.
We ask you to hold your heart for about a minute at the beginning. When you start to hold it, your heartbeat slows down and your heart rate drops significantly, briefly falling to nearly 46 BPM.
Looking at the numbers again, Riona's heart rate is very slow.
From there, the heart rate gradually increases, and when breathing resumes due to shortness of breath, the heart rate also jumps sharply to 78 BPM. The heart rate decreases the moment you hold your breath to conserve oxygen, but as the numbers show, the heart rate increases again when there is insufficient oxygen in the body.
When I asked them to hold their breath again, it was clear that their heart rate had dropped below 50 BPM, indicating that their body was conserving oxygen.

Next, regarding the heart sounds during squats, since you mentioned you haven't been exercising at all recently, it will be interesting to see how fast your slow heart rate can become.
After starting squats, my heart rate, which was slow, started to increase after about 30 seconds.
Riona also laughed, saying, "That's fast!" because her heart was beating faster than usual.
Even so, right after it finished, the tempo was around 85 BPM, which felt a little fast for Triona.
Furthermore, the recovery is incredibly fast; within about 20 seconds of finishing the squats, I'm back to almost the same level as before I started, almost to the point where I don't even need to take a deep breath.
Even though she doesn't exercise much now, Riona's heart is probably strong and resilient because it was built up through exercise in the past.

Next, we had them do a more challenging step-up exercise.
At first, her heartbeat was slow and a little hard to hear, but as she continued to get up and down from the bed and did other strenuous exercise, her heartbeat gradually sped up, and Riona occasionally said things like, "I'm tired!", so it seemed like she was having a hard time.
Immediately after it finished, my heart rate was around 130 BPM, which is clearly much faster than my normal heart rate. To be honest, I was surprised because I didn't expect my heart rate to go from slow to this fast.
Riona also heard her own heartbeat and exclaimed, "It's incredibly fast!" while out of breath. It was significantly faster than when she was doing squats.
However, Riona's heart recovered quickly, and after she took some deep breaths, it returned to its normal speed in no time. When she sat up on the bed at the end, it slowed down even more, and I was surprised by the difference compared to immediately after the exercise.

When chest compressions are performed, the heart sounds like it's being pushed deep into the chest, perhaps due to the strong compression, and the sound is a faint "thump, thump" echoing from deep inside. The rate of beats doesn't change much, but the patient occasionally closes their eyes with a pained expression.
The sound was so faint that I was worried whether his heart was really beating properly, but once the pressure was released, the heart returned to its original size and beat resumed, presumably because it had moved back towards the chest wall, which was a relief.

For carotid artery pulse and heart sounds, we take the images while the patient is lying down.
My heart rate is extremely low, just counting it at around 48 BPM.
However, despite such a low pulse rate, the carotid artery pulsation was clearly visible, and even when the camera was moved a little further away, its presence was unmistakable. The pulsation itself conveyed that, despite the low number of beats, each beat was powerfully pumping blood.

With the echocardiogram and heart sounds, the heart was visible on the echocardiogram screen, beating at approximately 50 BPM when the probe was placed on the chest. The heartbeat was still slow, but it was clearly beating on the echocardiogram.
Seeing her own heart for the first time, she exclaimed, "Wow! It's beating quite fast!" When she held her breath, her lungs expanded so much that her heart became difficult to see for a moment, but when she resumed breathing, her heart's movement became visible again, beating a little faster.

This time, the probe is applied immediately after the step-up exercise.
In the ultrasound taken earlier during normal activity, there seemed to be a distinct rhythm between each beat, but immediately after exercise, it seemed to be a continuous "thump-thump-thump" as it thrashed around, and Riona said, "It's moving like crazy!"
Because my heart rate is naturally slow, it feels even faster in comparison.
The heartbeat gradually calmed down and eventually returned to its normal speed.

To measure the heart rate during exercise with a bag over the head, the patient lay down on a bed as usual, had a pulse oximeter attached, and then performed leg raises with a bag over their head, completely sealed.
During the exercise, his oxygen saturation temporarily dropped to 88, and the bag seemed to be sticking to his face, which made it look quite difficult for him. His heart rate was initially slow at 61 BPM, but the combination of the enclosed bag and leg raises caused his heart rate to rise, reaching a maximum of about 111 BPM.
On the contrary, it would be strange if it didn't go up in this situation.
In the end, the patient gave up due to the extreme exertion, so we removed the bag and allowed him to rest, at which point his heart rate dropped dramatically to 57 BPM.
Even though Riona normally has a low heart rate, it can nearly double when she's not getting enough oxygen.

When you hear the sound of your heart during sexual activity, if you apply an electric massager, your heart rate will be unstable at first, suddenly speeding up, then slowing down.
He mentioned after the shoot that he could hear his own heartbeat and felt it at times when it was beating fast.
So, if you listen carefully to her heartbeat, you'll know where Riona is truly feeling it.
As I continued to stimulate her, she would occasionally let out a sigh of "Ahhh" or twitch, and just before she reached her climax, her heartbeat was clearly faster than before, making it obvious that she was about to come.
