"I was so excited about your previous close-up shots." The other day, someone purchased a piece of work with this delightful comment. However, when I saw the sentence that followed, I immediately picked up my camera (iPhone).

"If I were to be greedy, I would like to see this model's neck included, as it was very attractive."

As a creator, I cannot ignore this "desire." This is a record of my attempts to fulfill that request with all my might, and although I ended up failing a little, I ended up capturing "something raw."

Unfortunately, the shooting location was a windowless hotel room. Without the best lighting available, such as sunlight, I aimed my lens at Mana Suzuki's neck.

"Closer, clearer"

The more I think about this, the more confused the iPhone's autofocus becomes. I press my fingers against the screen, desperately trying to focus. Suzuki-san remains motionless and endures the situation.

To be honest, the first half of the video is a struggle. It's dark, and the focus seems to be on point, but it's not. But towards the end of the video, there's a moment when the focus comes together perfectly.

The film captured the indistinguishable texture of the skin, the fine hairs, and more. A world beyond the naked eye, visible only in slow motion.

This is not a "perfect work," but it is a passionate 5 minutes and 33 seconds in which the desire to "see" and the urge to "shoot" collide.

"Next time, I'll take a photo in the sun with a macro lens." To fund that decision, I'm offering this at a special price. Please be a witness to this "experiment."
