This is the second video of Kanon's heartbeat at age 32.
She was 157cm tall and weighed 40kg, so slim that when I met her in person I was surprised at how thin she was, and her delicate figure was so obvious that you could even see her waistline.She was a beautiful woman with a calm aura.
Although her heartbeat isn't exactly bradycardia, it is still slow considering her small size, and while a fast heartbeat is nice, I'm also drawn to a slow heartbeat like Kanon's.
This time, Kanon approached me and I was able to take photos.

When you lie down, your heart rate is a very slow 60 bpm, beating exactly once per second.
When I raised both arms and stretched them out, I felt like my heart rate was beating a little faster.
Finally, when you stood up from the bed, your heartbeat picked up speed accordingly.
When you sit down and when you stand up, your heart beats slowly, "thump, thump, thump," but the moment you stand up, it beats faster, "thump, thump, thump," as a reaction to standing up.
After that, we asked him to jump, but there was an incident where his earphones came off, so that part has been cut out.
When he sat down again, his heartbeat had slowed down.
If you wear a pulse oximeter and perform the same series of movements again, you will be able to see the difference in your heart rate.
When you listen to it like this, you realize how well-made the heart is.
When listening to the sound of your heart when you hold your breath, you will be asked to hold your breath for one minute the first time and two minutes the second time.

Kanon appeared in this shoot in casual clothes, and the video has a situational feel to it.
First, we ask a few simple questions, then we examine the patient's mouth and perform a visual examination, then we take their temperature with a thermometer and check their oxygen saturation with a pulse oximeter.
Once this is complete, we ask you to undress and listen to your heartbeat with a stethoscope.
It's nice to have Kanon touch it to your heart and listen to the sound of your heart, but it's also nice to have someone else touch it to your heart and listen to the sound of your heart, as it gives you a sense of guilt.
We also use a stethoscope on patients with their underwear pulled aside and their breasts exposed.
It was huge and looked very soft (and it was). When you put a stethoscope to his chest it's hard to hear the heartbeat, but you can really feel its elasticity from the video.
Blood pressure and heart rate were measured both in a lying and sitting position.
Recently, Kanon has been saying that her blood pressure was low when she bought it, and when she measured it, it was below 100. That's low blood pressure.
Kanon also said, "That's low..."
When I measure it while sitting, it's almost the same, so it seems I have low blood pressure all the time.
When we perform chest compressions after exercise, we ask Kanon to step up and down a step stool and then stand against a wall while we perform chest compressions. Kanon's heart, which is normally quite quiet, cannot withstand the hard exercise, and immediately after finishing, her heart rate is beating faster and faster, exceeding 120 BPM.
When I tried to press on such a fast heart, despite her large chest, it pushed back strongly against my hand as if I was touching her heart directly, and you can clearly see from the video that it was shaking with the beating of her heart.
Kanon also looks a little distressed.
I could also hear from the sound that his heartbeat was gradually slowing down, perhaps due to the pressure.
The heart sound when breathing through a bag is recorded while wearing a larger bag than when exercising while breathing through a bag (see Heart Sound 1).
The bag is large and doesn't move, but as long as it's sealed, the oxygen inside the bag will eventually run out.
In fact, her oxygen saturation level, which was initially 99, has gradually dropped to 93, which is not that low, but Kanon looks extremely distressed.
Even after he raised his hand and the bag was removed, his oxygen saturation level did not recover immediately and dropped to around 91.
After that, when he took a slow breath, his blood pressure returned to 99 again.
