When I put the stethoscope to her, I found that her heart rate was about 127 BPM, which is extremely fast, and she had a very high pulse rate. Reina said she was a little nervous, but this is more than just a little.

At around 56 seconds, I heard a "dock dok dok, dok dok, dok dok" heartbeat, with a skipped beat, and then from around 1 minute 40 seconds, the same thing started happening about 5 times in a row, and then many times after that, so I was sure it was more than 10 times just by counting.
I never thought that someone so beautiful and with such a great figure would have so many premature contractions, so I was pleasantly surprised.
When I told Reina outside of filming that she was experiencing arrhythmia, she was the most surprised, as she had never been told anything like that before.
They also answered questions such as "Are you embarrassed if people listen to your heartbeat?" and talked about an incident when their heart started beating suddenly. I'm sure they had irregular heartbeats when they started beating suddenly.

Next, we asked Reina to listen to her own heartbeat and observe her reaction. Here too, her heart rate was around 120 BPM, which was tachycardia, and Reina seemed to understand how fast her heart was beating, saying, "Wow, it's beating so fast!" She also placed the stethoscope on the apex of her heart and around the aortic valve to listen to her heartbeat, and as you'd expect, it was beating fast everywhere.
When the doctor touched her carotid artery, he said that the sound of her heartbeat and the beating of her pulse were the same, and when he gave her some water, Reina didn't seem to notice, but her pulse was skipping, "dock dok dok, dok, dok dok."
Finally, I asked him to take a deep breath, inhale slowly, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly, and I noticed that his heartbeat was even faster when he was inhaling. Conversely, when he held his breath and exhaled slowly, and like the other patients, he had sinus arrhythmia, but he also had premature contractions when he commented on his heartbeat when he took a deep breath.

For the heartbeat while standing, we used the time we had to prepare for other shoots to capture the heartbeat while standing.
Just as everyone's heart rate is higher when standing than when sitting, Reina's heart also beats fast, but what's amazing is that her heart rate, which is over 100 even when sitting, has accelerated to about 140 BPM. It's surprising that Reina's heart rate is so high that it would normally be reached when exercising, even while just standing. Of course, she hadn't even been exercising just before. If her heart rate is normally this high, it actually makes me worried.
There are also some stuttering movements in the pulse, which is arrhythmia.
It's no wonder that people stumble when their hearts are pumping this hard.

Next, we tested the sound of Reina's heart while she was doing squats. She said she didn't have the stamina and was worried if she could do it, but she managed to do it anyway.
I had arrhythmia even during normal times, so I'm looking forward to seeing what happens when I exercise.
When I start doing squats, my heart suddenly starts beating incredibly fast.
Of course, he was fast from the start of filming, but he was even faster than that, and after the first squat he immediately became faster, so it's very easy to see.
At one point he said "it's so fast" but then said "it's still okay" and seemed fine, but I was worried if he would be able to keep going until the end at such a fast speed.
As expected, after two minutes of squats he was exhausted and sat down on the bed, but even then his heart rate was still at full 170 BPM, and you could tell from the sound of his heart that he had worked hard.
When I asked him to take a deep breath, his heartbeat calmed down, but then he started beating irregularly, like he was stuck, ``dock dock dock, dock, dock dock.''

I was already satisfied hearing his intense heartbeat, but to push him even further, he also had him step up and down a step ladder. It was relentless.
Just like when doing squats, my heartbeat started to speed up as soon as I started stepping up and down the step, and perhaps because my heartbeat was so fast, it was easy to hear despite the intense movement.
At first, she said, "Squats are harder!", but towards the end, she was extremely out of breath and it was clear that squats were harder. Right after finishing, her heart rate was around 175-180 BPM, and she was beating so hard that she felt like she might explode.
Reina was so out of breath that she could barely speak, saying, "It sounds faster than before, ha ha, ha ha."
In addition to the extremely fast heartbeat, I was also experiencing premature contractions that sounded like "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump."
It's no wonder that arrhythmia would become irregular after such intense exercise, even though it's already a cause for concern.
Finally, I took a deep breath and calmed my heartbeat.

When I compressed her chest, Reina's heart rate was about 160 BPM, so she was really feeling the effects of the pressure. I could feel her heart beating so hard in my hands that it felt like she had just exercised. Her heart was not pumping blood properly, which was causing a lack of oxygen, and her breathing was also becoming rough.
When the pressure was released, he felt light-headed and his eyes seemed a little unfocused. When the pressure was applied again, he was asked, "Can I take a moment?" and the video was cut off at this point, but it was at this point that he accidentally collapsed onto the bed. It happened so suddenly that I couldn't put the stethoscope on him, but it was a surprise.
After a period of rest, the patient recovered and we began applying pressure again.
Although I'm feeling better, my heart is still beating fast and you can see my hands twitching.
His breathing has also become rough, with him breathing heavily in the form of "huffing and puffing," and his circulation is severely impaired, causing his heartbeat to become quieter.
When we stopped the compressions and had him sit on the bed and put the stethoscope on him, the sound of his heartbeat had returned to its normal volume, so we asked if he wanted to lie down on the bed, and he seemed fine, so we were relieved to see that he seemed fine.
By the way, something like a burp was being ****d upon her at the time, and the pressure caused abnormalities in other parts of Reina's body besides her heart.

The cardiac echo and heart sounds were taken in two different positions, one lying down and one sitting.
First, while she was lying down, the probe was placed on her and the screen showed her heart beating in real time in time with her heartbeat.
When I pointed to the beating heart and explained to him, he said, "That's easy to understand. It moves in sync with the sound."
Although Reina was not aware of it, the ultrasound also showed that she was experiencing arrhythmia at just the right time.
In terms of video length, it's around 40 minutes and 5 seconds.
Suddenly, his pulse started to go "dock, dock, dock dog, dock, dock," and the ultrasound screen showed his heart moving as if it was having a spasm for a moment.
Next, when the probe is placed while the patient is sitting, the heart beats faster than when the patient is lying down, and moves in time with the heartbeat, so the heart looks different. The good thing about this type of imaging is that only an ultrasound can tell you the difference in the movement and appearance of the heart.
Reina also said, "It feels a little fast!" and when she raised her arms and stretched, her heartbeat became even faster.
At this time, arrhythmia occurs again.
"Thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump," and this time it happened twice in a row, which is surprising.
Of course, this also shows up on the ultrasound.
I was extremely lucky to see such a moment.

To measure the heart rate while exercising with the bag over your head, we asked the patient to lie on a bed and do leg-raising exercises with the bag over their head. Even squats and step-ups looked quite difficult for them, but this time they were breathing inside a sealed bag in a low-oxygen environment, so it was extremely hard.
Soon after the session began, the pulse oximeter displayed a high heart rate of 100 BPM, but once the patient began the leg-raising exercise, it rose even more rapidly to 120 BPM. At one point, I took a look at his feet and saw that he was doing the leg-raising exercises as hard as I had instructed, and his oxygen saturation level was steadily dropping to nearly 79.
Exercising causes hypoxia, and when you try to push yourself hard, the bag sticks to your face, making it difficult to breathe deeply, so you end up hyperventilating, making sounds like "Ahhh... Fuuh..."
Then, the heart, beating desperately to circulate oxygen around the body with a "buck-buck-buck, buck, buck-buck" sound, reaches its limit and premature contractions occur repeatedly like this.
When I finally removed the bag, he was breathing greedily, "Haa, haa, haa, haa," which told me how hard he was.
The carbon dioxide that Reina had exhaled as she desperately breathed had formed droplets on the bag, so I took a photo of that as well.

To hear the sound of Reina's heartbeat while she was doing something naughty, we had her use an electric massager and masturbate by herself, allowing us to listen to the sound of her heartbeat.
We'll probably never see this beautiful, stylish former race queen in such a shameful state again. And it's even more so when we get to hear her heartbeat.

This alone was a great source of footage, but since I had the chance, I also took some time to capture the change in his heartbeat when he stood up briskly from a lying down position.
When I asked him to stand up, his heartbeat became faster and he was experiencing premature contractions.

To measure the heart sounds when sitting and standing, we had the patient stand up from a sitting position and listened to the changes in their heart sounds.
The increase in heart rate seems smaller than when we went from lying down to standing up earlier, but it is still clearly faster than the other models and it is clear that the heart rate is tachycardia.
When you have tachycardia, everything sounds fast.
We had the patient jump at one point to listen to changes in their heartbeat, then asked them to sit down again.
When you sit down, your heartbeat should slow down, but there seems to be a time lag and it is still fast. Reina tilts her head and says, "Huh?", "It sounds the fastest right now," and immediately after that, a premature contraction occurs.
After that, we asked them to wear a pulse oximeter and repeat the same steps.
It's easy to understand when you can see your heart rate as a number, and Reina said, "It's interesting when it's quantified," revealing the benefits of a heartbeat fetish.
At one point, when we were asked to jump, the pulse oximeter gave an error, but when we put it back on, it displayed normally.
These kinds of troubles that occurred during filming make the scene seem more realistic. (I won't tell you that I was extremely nervous during filming.)

When Reina held her breath, her heart rate indicated that she didn't have much stamina, so we were worried whether she would be able to hold her breath for long, but she still managed to do her best.
At first, we asked him to hold his breath for about 40 seconds, and he said, "It's hard!" and looked like he was having difficulty breathing.
My heart rate was already high at 110 BPM before I held my breath, but now that I'm holding my breath it goes up a little further.
The second time, we asked them to hold their breath for about 30 seconds, and although they did breathe a little at the end, they managed to hold their breath for a full minute.
There were several premature contractions while I was holding my breath, and several more after I resumed breathing.
Reina also seemed to realize that something was wrong with her pulse, saying, "I could tell it was skipping quite clearly."

Various blood pressure and heart sounds are from Reina, who has always been said to have anemia and low blood pressure.
Blood pressure is measured while lying down and sitting.
When we first measured her blood pressure while she was lying down, it was just above 100, and Reina commented that it was "a little higher than usual," and since she had been doing some intense exercise before the shoot, I'm sure that's why it was at this level. I wonder how low it normally is.
When I measured it while sitting, my blood pressure was slightly higher.

For the heart sounds recorded when chest compressions are performed after exercise, chest compressions are performed immediately after stepping up and down the step. The heart sounds are also recorded while stepping up and down the step.
In Heart Sound 1, when Reina steps up and down the stairs, her heart sounds quite unsteady, and when her chest is compressed, she is in so much pain that she collapses onto the bed and the filming is stopped.This time, she is doing all of these things at once, which is quite tough for her, so I think her heart is under a lot of strain.
I had him step up and down a ladder and move towards the wall, and when I pressed on his chest, his heart was beating so hard, ``thud thud thud thud,'' that it felt as if I was pressing directly on his heart, and he pushed back against my hand.
At the same time, Reina's heavy breathing hit my face, which was the ultimate reward for me.
However, it seemed that Reina had no time for that, as her body was wobbly from the pressure, and when we released her, she sat up on the bed, and when we urged her to lie down, she collapsed and lay down.
Just when I thought my heartbeat had calmed down considerably, it started beating irregularly, ``dock, dock, dock dock, dock, dock,'' and for a moment I thought it had stopped.
If I had applied pressure for a longer period of time, it may have stopped completely.

After the exercise, we performed an echocardiogram and heart sounds, and we also had him step up and down on a step ladder so we could see his pounding heart on the echocardiogram.
It may seem strange for me to say this after asking you to do this, but I'm worried about your heart if you do this kind of strenuous exercise over and over again.
The video starts just before the step-ups finish.
As I placed the probe on Reina's chest, who was panting heavily, the important engine that supports her life appeared on the screen, moving so incredibly fast that it seemed as if she was having a spasm. I could also hear her heartbeat through the probe, and it secretly excited me too.
Looking at his own heartbeat, which was moving like a spasm, he said, "It's so fast." I asked him to take a deep breath, and just when it seemed his heartbeat was gradually calming down, he had a premature contraction.
It occurs with a stumbling sound, "thump, thump, thump, thump," and on the screen it looks as if the heart is slowing down for a moment.

The video of the heartbeat while breathing through the bag is longer because the subject is wearing a large bag.
At first, he was breathing normally and didn't seem to be in any pain, but his heart was experiencing a series of premature contractions - "dock, dong, dong dong, dong dong, dong dong" - and his pulse was all over the place.
Before this shoot, he had done many exercises and compressions, and the shoot was done towards the end, so his heart, which was not strong to begin with, seems to have become even more fragile.
Gradually, each breath becomes deeper, and then the breathing becomes more and more rough, "Haa, haa, haa," and the change in breathing tells you that the amount of oxygen is decreasing.
In addition to breathing, the pulse oximeter also showed that the oxygen saturation level had dropped to a low of 80.
I am so grateful to Reina for putting her body on the line like this.


As expected, if you have arrhythmia, the changes in your heart sounds are so diverse that you can listen to them for a long time.
As I mentioned at the beginning, she was a beautiful woman with a perfect figure, and also suffered from arrhythmias such as tachycardia and premature ventricular contractions, making her a wonderful model.
