First, you will be asked to introduce yourself and then use the stethoscope.

Kana listened to the changing heartbeat while I was doing squats by placing a stethoscope over my heart while I was doing squats.

Continuing further, right after finishing the squat the tempo is around 104 BPM.
"Wow! It's so different!" he said as he touched the carotid artery. The heart is normally inside the body, but it seems that you can't tell the difference unless you listen to it consciously like this.
We also listen to the heartbeat when Kana-san steps up and down the stairs, using the stethoscope. Kana-san normally does strength training, and the amount of exercise is so intense that it is hard for her. At first, the stethoscope rubbed against her heartbeat, making it difficult to hear, but now we can hear it getting faster and louder.

When the probe was placed, the heart beating at about 90 BPM was clearly visible on the ultrasound screen, and as Kana-san said, "I can really feel it beating!" you could see that it was beating steadily, beat by beat.

During the test, we asked you to hold your breath and checked for any changes in your heart rate.
Next, I asked him to do some squats and then had an ultrasound of his heart.
The video starts in the middle of a squat, and when the probe is applied at the end, the speed is the same as normal, but each contraction of the heart is larger than before. This is evidence that more blood is being pumped into the body than normal.

Blood pressure and heart sounds are measured first while you lie down.
Kana doesn't drink much alcohol or smoke, and her blood pressure is about average for women, so she's very healthy.
When she measured her blood pressure again while sitting down, it was higher than before, and Kana was surprised, saying, "What? It's gone up!"
The numbers also show that sitting puts more strain on the heart and increases blood pressure than lying down.

To hear the heartbeat while exercising with the bag over my head, I had the model lie down on a bed, cover her head with the bag, and then do leg-raising exercises. This is always the most difficult part of the shoot for the model, but personally, it's my favorite.
The leg-raising exercise itself is not particularly strenuous, but since the bag is covering the head, the oxygen level decreases, and it is immoral to see the person writhing in pain.
At first, Kana-san was breathing normally while exercising, but her heart rate began to quicken and her body began to require more oxygen, leading to a negative loop where that precious oxygen was becoming scarce. I didn't wear a pulse oximeter so I don't know the oxygen concentration, but there's no doubt that her oxygen is decreasing.
We take breaks along the way and loosen the bag for a moment to let the air in, because it would be terrible if an accident were to occur.
However, it still seems to be tough, with his heart rate easily exceeding 100 BPM and beating powerfully.
Finally, after the bag was removed and he was allowed to relax, he said, "Ah, I'm tired..." At this point, his heartbeat slowed for a moment and he had what felt like a mild premature contraction.
