Although this is her fourth appearance, I get excited every time we shoot, as she is just as cute as an idol.
Speaking of Miina, she has an irregular heartbeat, and this time too she was hearing "dock, dock, dock dock" all over the place. It's good to hear arrhythmia over and over again.
Also, our goal this time was to see Miina's heart with an ultrasound, so we did more ultrasound photography than with the other models.
Actually, ever since we started using ultrasound equipment, I've always wanted to see Miina's heart with an ultrasound, so now that dream has come true, it's great.
The image was good and during the ultrasound we were able to confirm the heart's irregular movements due to arrhythmia several times.

First, I listened to the heart sounds to see how severe the arrhythmia was.
At first, the heart is beating normally, but after a while, it suddenly starts to beat irregularly, with a "dock, dock, dock dock, dock dock" sound, and this time too, the heart is beating steadily irregularly.
Miina, who was listening with earphones, also laughs at the arrhythmia.
You can also check for arrhythmia by changing the position of the stethoscope and placing it around the navel.
Miina also looked surprised and said, "Something's moving!"
The doctor then changes the position of the stethoscope again, placing it just below the left breast, right around the apex of the heart.
The sound is easier to hear here than in the navel, and movements that seem to indicate arrhythmia can be confirmed here as well, and Miina says, ``My pulse is at three beats!'' as she listens to her own arrhythmia.
When I measured my pulse with a pulse oximeter, it was 90 BPM, and I was told, "That's a little high."
Finally, I had my blood pressure measured. My systolic blood pressure was within the normal range, but my diastolic blood pressure seemed a little high. Miina said, "Does that mean only my lower blood pressure is high?" and "No way!"

First, I was seated while the ultrasound was performed.
When they saw their own heart for the first time, they said, "Ah! It's beating!" and "It's moving so cutely!"
If you hold your breath, you will see a slight arrhythmia, and although it is a little hard to tell, it will also look like your heart has stopped for a moment.
Miina also said, "Something seemed a little off."
At this point, we removed the echocardiogram and applied it again, asking the patient to hold their breath, and this time we could hear the arrhythmia, "dock, dock, dock, dock, dock." The heart on the echocardiogram also seemed to be beating strangely.
Miina also said that she wanted to try using the ultrasound herself, so this time she was able to place the ultrasound wherever she wanted.
First, we placed the ultrasound machine in the center of her chest, which clearly showed her heart, and she said, "It feels good, it feels good!" It seems that it's easier for Miina to see the image when the ultrasound machine is placed in the center of her chest. In this state, she is asked to hold her breath, and her heart is behaving strangely, as seen on the screen. Miina also says, "It seems to be moving a little suspiciously."
This time, she also placed it around her abdomen, and tried really hard to find the rice ball she had eaten before the shoot. So cute.
As he places the ultrasound a little lower to search for the intestines, he says things like, "It's surprisingly hard to see, maybe it's fat," and seems to enjoy the process.
When I put it further down, I could see what looked like an ovary. It really does expose the inside of Miina's body.
Next, we performed an ultrasound while the patient was lying down.
This allows a clearer view of the heart's movement.
First, we had her lie on her back and when we applied the ultrasound, we could see her heart clearly. It was shaped like a heart and was so beautiful, it was hard to believe that such a beautiful heart could develop arrhythmia, but that's exactly what happened.
Her heart was beating irregularly, "dock, dock, dock, dock, dock," and at that moment her heart was spasming for a moment, which was also clearly visible. I had heard about Miina's arrhythmia many times, but this was the first time I had seen her heart beating at that time, so this was extremely valuable.
I asked the patient to hold his breath during the procedure. The first time I held my breath, I didn't notice any irregular heartbeats, but when I held my breath again, I noticed a series of irregular heartbeats.
The heart is beating abnormally, "dock, dock, dock dock, dock, dock dock..." The heart is also behaving strangely, like it's having spasms, which makes you worry about whether it's pumping blood properly around the body.
This time, I asked him to turn to the side so that I could aim the ultrasound.
As your position changes, the way your heart looks changes, making it appear more oval.
When I asked him to hold his breath again, he had a series of arrhythmias just like before, and the ultrasound images showed his movements appearing to freeze for a moment.
Next, we performed an echocardiogram of the patient's heart after he stepped up and down the step.
We start with a stethoscope on her as she steps up and down a step stool. Her heartbeat gradually speeds up with the intense exercise, and by the end it's pounding at about 135 BPM. When we apply the ultrasound, we can feel Miina's heart beating violently through the probe, and the ultrasound screen shows her heart beating violently at twice its normal rate. It's great just to see her cute little heart beating so hard, but it gets even more amazing from here.
During the rapid movements, I occasionally saw irregular heartbeats, and then suddenly, my heart started beating like crazy, "thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud." The ultrasound screen also showed a clearly abnormal pulsating movement, and I could see multiple instances of my heart trembling, to the point where I wondered if it would stop. It seems that strenuous exercise puts a lot of strain on Miina's heart.
Miina also said, "Is my heart okay?" and "It feels ****!" Her movements are so worrying. However, only Miina can see her heart moving so irregularly, so I would like everyone to see it. It was an amazing movement, nonetheless.

Next, we used an ultrasound to look at Miina's heart while she was engaging in sexual activity alone.
I've heard the heartbeat during naughty things a few times, but this is the first time I've seen it moving. Of course, it's also the first time for Miina to experience something like this.
When the electric massager is applied, you can hear occasional moans from the pleasure. Her heartbeat is also slightly faster. Here too, arrhythmia is occurring repeatedly, which can be confirmed from the heart sounds and the echo image.
Her heartbeat gradually gets faster, and the heartbeat visible on the ultrasound also gets faster. Her moans, which were small at first, gradually get louder, and finally she says, "Oh, my God, I'm coming!" as her body trembles and she reaches orgasm. No matter how many times I see her at that moment, she is incredibly erotic.
Just before reaching orgasm, the heartbeat was fast but there was no arrhythmia, but just after reaching orgasm, the heartbeat gradually slowed down and the arrhythmia recurred. This was also visible on the ultrasound image.

For the tickling heartbeat recording, Miina was tied to a bed and topless. Miina is extremely ticklish, and even before the tickling began, her heartbeat was rapid and irregular, likely due to nervousness. When I approached her with a brush to tickle her, she screamed, "It's scary, it's scary, wait a minute!" Even a slight touch made her scream, showing her extreme ticklishness. She was sensitive to tickling in her armpits, flanks, and thighs, so I focused on those areas. Finally, I tickled her a little on the soles of her feet, but the footage didn't cover her feet, so I hope you enjoy her reaction and the sound of her heartbeat. She was going crazy from the tickling. Her heartbeat became even stronger as she screamed, and her arrhythmia continued.
To hear the heartbeat when exercising while breathing through a bag, participants lie on a bed and perform leg-raising exercises with a bag over their head.
Because she is exercising with a bag over her head and limited oxygen, she is consuming a lot of oxygen, which causes her heart to beat faster and her arrhythmia to repeat steadily, "dock, dock, dock dock." At one point, she raised her hands to express her limit in the pain, and the bag was loosened a little, which really conveys how difficult it is. Her oxygen saturation level was at its lowest at around 89, but for someone with arrhythmia, this seems like she is already at her limit.
Finally, when the bag was removed, he breathed in greedily, taking in the fresh air.
This time too, we received a lot of cooperation with filming, and especially with the ultrasound, we were able to capture the heart's movement multiple times at the moment the arrhythmia occurred, resulting in some wonderful footage.
