These are the gastrointestinal sounds of Rua, 25 years old.
Before the shoot, I could get a sense of her personality from the photos, but when I met her in person, I was surprised by how much more beautiful she was. With a small face, 168cm tall, slender limbs, and well-proportioned features, she has the style and looks of a model. She also has a lovely voice, and is so charming that it wouldn't be surprising if she was approached by a talent agency.
Even Rua's stomach will growl loudly when she's hungry, and even if she becomes his boyfriend, he probably won't let us hear such candid stomach sounds, so this is truly a precious video.
On the day of the shoot, he arrived without having eaten anything since 9am the previous day, and said he hadn't eaten anything in over 30 hours. (In the video, he says he hadn't eaten since 9pm the previous night, but the correct time was after 9am the previous day.)
Even before the shoot, she made a cute comment saying, "My stomach is starving," and when she put on her swimsuit, it was clear at a glance that her stomach was flat and she hadn't eaten anything at all.
I am so grateful to Rua for putting her body on the line for this shoot.
This time, we used a stethoscope and an external microphone to capture every realistic sound. The video is 42 minutes and 24 seconds long.
From the very beginning, a loud "grrrrrrrrr" noise can be heard, followed by a distinctive stomach-churning sound, perhaps the result of being hungry for over 30 hours. Rua, hearing her own stomach sounds for the first time, can't help but smile wryly.
After a minute, there's a thunderous "rumble, rumble" sound, and when I ask, "Are you hungry?", he replies, "I'm super hungry!", but at that moment, another roaring "rumble, rumble, rumble" resounds, drowning out our conversation. Of course, the sound is also picked up well by the external microphone.
At around 2 minutes 41 seconds, there is a short but loud "gugyuuru" sound, and immediately after that there is a very deep bass "gugyuurugoo" sound that makes you wonder if it is really coming from Rua's stomach.
The sound can also be heard on the external camera, so it seems that the sound is leaking out and being heard not only inside Rua's body but also outside.
After three minutes, a short but powerful "gyuuuuu" sound can be heard. At one point, as she was talking about an embarrassing time when her stomach growled, a loud "gryu, gugugugugugugu" sound was heard, as if to interrupt her.
Immediately after that, around 5 minutes in, there is a sound like "Grrrrrrr, grrrrrrrryuugu-oo," which sounds like there might be some kind of living creature there.
About 20 seconds later, a "Gyuuu, Guuuu" sound can be heard echoing through the hollow cavern, and the "guuu" sound can also be heard on an external microphone.
At around 6 minutes and 8 seconds, we hear sounds like he's having an upset stomach, like "gurgling, slurp," which is a bit worrying.
Even at 6 minutes 56 seconds, it still makes a loud "grrrrrrr" noise.
From about the 7 minute mark, we had them watch a video about their favorite foods.
While watching the video, you can occasionally hear the sounds of "goo" and "rolling."
After that, we had them drink carbonated water.
When she drinks it, you can hear the fizzing sound of the carbonated water flowing into Rua's stomach through the stethoscope.
At around 12 minutes and 2 seconds after drinking, you can hear a sound similar to a frog croaking, "gyororororo."
After that, you can hear active gastrointestinal movements, such as "Grrr" and "Gugugyugyugyu." In particular, starting around 12 minutes and 39 seconds, you can hear three consecutive sounds: "Guuuu," "Grrrrrryryryryu," and "Gouuuuuuuuu," which can be heard even through an external microphone, indicating that they are extremely loud.
When I asked Torua, "Are you embarrassed?" she nodded shyly.
Immediately afterwards, there are sounds like water flowing in a drain: "Gyoro, gyuuru" and "gougyorororo."
You can just imagine the carbonated water squirming around as it flows into Rua's hungry stomach.
At the 13-minute mark, adding a massage elicits a "Goo Guruuuuuuu" response, and when you lay down, a high-pitched booming "Gugguguguguguguuuu" rings out. This can be heard clearly even with an external microphone.
The sound changes just by changing your position, so listening to your stomach sounds is never boring.
Rua is trying to tense up her body to stop the noise from being made, but she still looks embarrassed that it still makes a loud noise, which is very cute.
A similar sound can be heard at around 16 minutes and 53 seconds.
At around 18 minutes and 19 seconds, you can hear the typical hungry sound of "Grrrrrrr."
Even when listening with an external microphone, the sound is clearly audible. If there are people nearby, they will surely be able to hear everything.
If someone heard me making this noise, I'd probably be so embarrassed I'd die.
Next, we asked her to smell the sandwich. The moment we brought it close to Rua and had her smell it, we heard a "Kyuuuuru" sound from her stomach as she thought she was about to eat it.
You haven't eaten in 30 hours, so your stomach can't stand it.
At 22 minutes and 16 seconds, there are three consecutive sounds: "Gyorururu," "Gyorororo," and "Gyogot," which are interesting as the sounds gradually get higher in pitch.
Also, at around 23 minutes and 36 seconds, there is a loud "gyurororo gyorororoo" sound.
You can hear it on the external microphone too.
Then we had them smell the sandwich and eat it.
While I was eating, I heard a medium-sized noise coming from my stomach.
Could it be that it's a warm-up to digest the food it hasn't eaten in a while?
If you lie down after finishing eating, you will hear a loud "growling" sound at around 27 minutes and 10 seconds.
At 28 minutes and 38 seconds, an incomprehensible sound can be heard: "Gyogobogo, gogogo."
If you just listened to the sound, you'd never imagine that she was as beautiful as Rua.
It's so loud that it can be heard even through an external microphone.
At 29 minutes and 23 seconds, the sound is like a cat meowing, "Gyaaaa, gyoro, gyororo." I've heard many people's stomach sounds, but I've never heard anything like this before, so I was surprised.
What kind of sound does it make? When I asked Torua, she said, "It sounds like gurgling," and looked embarrassed as she used the sound effect to describe the sound of her own stomach.
Around 30 minutes in, the high-pitched sounds of "gyowa" and "kyuu" increased, and I could hear the change in sound typical of after eating. When I massaged my stomach with my hand, I could hear the "kyuu" and "kyuroro" sounds caused by external stimuli, and I could feel the vibrations in my hand.
At around 32 minutes and 34 seconds, a high-pitched "gyuugyogyururu" sound suddenly starts again.
When Rua is hungry, she often makes a low-pitched noise, but after she eats, she often makes a high-pitched noise.
So if I were Rua's boyfriend and she could listen to the sounds of her stomach, I would be able to tell right away whether she was hungry or not based on whether it was a high-pitched or low-pitched sound.
If you turn your body to the side again, you will hear the sounds of water mixing in, like "chapo" and "tapon."
At around 36 minutes and 9 seconds, the sound of water flowing down the drain was heard again, "GRRRRRRR."
Finally, I asked him to lie on his back, and when I placed the stethoscope underneath him, I could hear peristaltic sounds such as "grrr" and "grrr."
The beautiful and adorable Rua was so shy, but the realistic sounds of her stomach that she let us hear were just amazing.
