To measure the heartbeat when standing and sitting, we start by asking the patient to stand up from a seated position. As the patient stands up, you can clearly hear the heartbeat speed up from "dock, dock, dock" to "dock, dock, dock." After a while, the heartbeat calms down, and when the patient sits down again, it slows down even more, demonstrating that the heartbeat is linked to the patient's position.
To hear her heartbeat while lying down, I had her remove her swimsuit top and lie down on the bed with her chest exposed. She has a beautiful chest. Also, because she's not wearing a swimsuit, we can hear her heartbeat clearly and hear her chest moving up and down as she breathes.
At one point, I asked her to raise her arms above her head and stretch, which made her heart beat faster. Her chest also changed shape as she stretched, which was also very interesting to see.
When listening to the carotid artery pulse and heartbeat, Noa's carotid artery was very visible and the veins could be seen popping out in time with her heartbeat, and it was pulsating so violently that it seemed as if her heart was really there.
This is proof that blood is being pumped properly. I touched the carotid artery during the procedure and could feel it twitching just by touching it lightly.
Next is the pulsation of the xiphoid membrane and the sound of the heart.
He was a thin man, so I could see his solar plexus moving with my own eyes, so I took a picture.
If you add a few drops of water, the light reflects off the tissue, causing it to twitch and pulsate, making it even more visible.
I was also able to take pictures of the armpit pulsation and heart sound. It was twitching in time with the heartbeat. The armpits were also very neatly trimmed, making it even easier to see.
For the sexy pose, we had Noa pose in various ways on the bed and recorded her heartbeat. However, something unexpected happened. While she was posing, she sneezed several times, and her heart started beating faster right after. It's rare to hear your heartbeat right after a sneeze, so please pay attention not only to her poses, but also to her heartbeat at the time.
To hear the heartbeat when compressing while the patient is lying on her back, we have her lie on her back on the floor and compress her chest from above.

To check the heartbeat while holding my breath, I had the patient wear a nose clip to prevent air from escaping through their nose and cover their mouth with my hand to help them hold their breath.
We measured the time with a timer, and after about one minute, the patient reached their limit and began breathing again. At that time, their heartbeat also became a little faster for a moment. After that, we asked them to hold their breath again in the same way.
During the foot reflexology massage, Noa's heartbeat was heard as she lay on the bed, so I pressed as hard as I could on the soles of her feet. It seemed to be quite painful just below the base of her big toe, and she said "Ouch, ouch, ouch," and it seemed like her heart was beating faster too. The camera battery ran out midway through, so I changed the battery and resumed filming. After that, I massaged other parts of her feet, and she said it felt good, so I pressed the painful areas one last time, and they seemed to hurt as well, and she writhed in agony.
In terms of heart sounds after consuming alcohol, we had her say "itadakimasu" (thank you for the meal) and then drink a can of chuhai. Noa says she can handle alcohol, but her heartbeat has become a little faster, likely due to the alcohol she has consumed. When we asked her to drink it all at once, not only did her heartbeat become faster, but her heartbeat also became louder.

For the heartbeat when urinating, we start with her trying to hold it in in front of the toilet, and ask her questions like "Do you want to urinate?" and "How long have you been holding it in?" She seems to be holding it in for quite some time, and is fidgety the whole time, which is probably why her heart is beating so fast.
After that, I had him sit on the toilet and urinate, the sound of which echoed throughout the room. He didn't finish and continued urination for about 30 seconds. It took that long, so he must have been holding it in for a long time. At one point, the stethoscope shifted and there were some points where it was difficult to hear his heartbeat, so I adjusted its position.
