This is part 2 of the heartbeat video of 25-year-old Natsumi. Natsumi usually works at an izakaya, and is a very pretty person. In one word, she is "innocent."
He was always smiling and his eyes were sparkling, and as you would expect from someone who works at an izakaya, he was very easygoing and fun to talk to.
It's the complete opposite of me.
If there was a girl like this at an izakaya, I'd probably go there every day.
Also, since he was a slender man, his heartbeat was very easy to hear.

In "The sound of the heart when compressions are applied while lying on one's back," you can clearly hear that the heart beats a little faster during compressions, and then returns to normal speed when compressions are released.
Also, he said that his sternum was hurting during the compressions, so we changed the area we were pressing on. This must mean that the compressions were putting a lot of strain on his chest.
Next, Natsumi measured her normal blood pressure.
He said he doesn't usually get his measurements taken, so he was looking forward to the results.
While the blood pressure was being measured, the blood pressure monitor tightened and he was crying out in pain.
An interesting result was that it was almost the same as the average blood pressure of women in their 20s.
I'm glad she's a very healthy girl.
After that, I asked them to do some squats and then had their blood pressure measured again.
As expected, he seemed to dislike exercise, and although he said "Ah, this is hard," he managed to keep going for about two minutes.
As for your blood pressure, it is slightly higher than normal.
Since you're young, your blood pressure is healthy, which is great.
For the close-up of Natsumi's chest and heartbeat, we took a close-up shot of the base of her chest, and were able to capture the sound of her heartbeat and the movement of the stethoscope.
Looking closely, Natsumi's skin was incredibly smooth and beautiful.
The heartbeat is slow, strong and very clear, and the stethoscope can be seen moving up and down in time with the patient's breathing.
You can also observe the stethoscope shaking slightly with each heartbeat.
For the "heartbeat when breathing through a bag" section, I had the subject put a bag over their head, and then I held the bag down with my hand to prevent air from escaping while they breathed.
It's a little hard to see, but the oxygen saturation level on the pulse oximeter initially read 96. It didn't drop much at first, so when I tightened the bag a little more, it gradually dropped, and I could see that Natsumi's breathing became rougher and her heart rate increased in proportion.
It's exciting to see them slowly becoming more and more miserable and cornered.
Finally, the oxygen saturation level reached 87, so we gave up and removed the bag, and he quickly started breathing fresh air. His heart rate also reached a maximum of 89 BPM.
For Heart Sound When Holding Breath 1, I asked the patient to take a deep breath and then hold their breath until the timer rang. This time too, I held their nose and mouth with my hands to stop them from breathing. The first time, they tried their best to hold their breath for a minute, and when the timer rang and I let go, they said "Phew" and started breathing heavily.
The second time, he tried to hold his breath for two minutes, but he began to feel uncomfortable halfway through, flapping his hands to show his discomfort.
In Heart Sounds When Holding Your Breath 2, you will be asked to exhale and empty your lungs, then hold your breath.
The first time, he tried his best to hold it for a minute, but it seemed painful, and he started shaking his body and slapping my hands.
When I let go of his hand, he was breathing heavily and saying, "It hurts."
After that, we ask you to try again for one minute.
Just like before, he started to feel pain and started thrashing around. Wanting him to hold on for a minute, I steeled myself and didn't let go until the timer rang, but towards the end he started shaking his head from side to side and slapping my hands, looking extremely distressed.
When he starts breathing again, he breathes voraciously.
At one point, my stomach started growling, but that also seemed to be funny and I was laughing hysterically.
When I listened to the heartbeat with a phonocardiograph, it was difficult to hear at first, but when I moved the phonocardiograph to a position where I could hear it, I was able to hear it.
At that time, my body hit the camera, causing some distortion in the footage.
As for the sound, Natsumi's heart can be heard beating vigorously through the speaker, and she says, "It sounds like a frog hopping." It's interesting to see how different models express the sound of the phonocardiograph in different ways.
If you hold your breath, the sound will become quieter while you are holding your breath, and when you start breathing again, the sound will sound louder than before.
Natsumi is also cute when she says "Kyaa".
I also had him do squats. As soon as he started, his heart started beating faster, and the sound coming from the phonocardiograph became louder.
At one point, you hear "LOUD NOISE!!"
Even after finishing the squats, he was panting loudly and said, "My heart rate is going crazy." The display on the phonocardiograph was a little hard to read, but his heart rate was recorded at a maximum of 130.
Finally, I asked him to take a deep breath. His heartbeat had calmed down a little, and he was saying "Mugyu, mugyu, mugyu, mugyu" along with the sound of the phonocardiograph.
For the heart sounds during the examination in bed, we listened to the heart sounds during the examination in Part 1, but this time with Natsumi lying down in bed. Of course, she was wearing her own clothes. We started with her lying down in bed, and then we asked Natsumi to lift up her clothes and heat tech jacket so that her underwear was visible, and then we put the stethoscope on her.
"Dock, dock, dock, dock," you can hear Natsumi's heart beating vigorously at about 70 BPM.
This is the heartbeat of a genuine 25-year-old young woman, so I hope you enjoy it to your heart's content.
Also, at around 25 minutes and 28 seconds, an arrhythmia resembling a premature contraction can be confirmed.
There was a clearly abnormal heartbeat, "dock, dock, do, dock, dock, dock, dock," with "dock" followed by "do," so please give it a listen.
I also listen to the left and right lungs, and can clearly hear the breathing sounds of "breath, breath" every time you breathe.
She said during the shoot that the sound of her heartbeat while she was peeing made her feel like she was going to pee herself, so we quickly filmed it.
Before she pees, we ask her, "Do you want to pee?" to which she answers, "I really want to." We also ask her, "How long have you been holding on?" After that, we have her take off her swimsuit and sit on the toilet seat. She pees a few seconds after she says, "I'm coming."
At one point, the stethoscope shifted and there were a few moments when the heartbeat was not heard, but the heartbeat during the discharge was perfectly audible. The discharge sound was also perfectly audible.
After everything has been released, the patient says, "Ah, it's out," and feels relieved.
