Of course, it affected her heart as well, and I could hear it beating powerfully, "Dock! Dock! Dock!" as it tried desperately to not succumb to the pressure. It was as if her heart was angry.
When I stopped applying pressure, I noticed that his heartbeat, which had been intense, was gradually calming down.
It's so exciting to see how external influences can change your heartbeat like this.
This time, I had him breathe through a bag. Mikoto put the bag over his head, and I sealed it with my hand to prevent air from leaking out. The pulse oximeter readings showed that his oxygen concentration was decreasing, eventually dropping to 77, and his heart rate, which was initially 90 BPM, had risen to 102 BPM.
The oxygen in the bag is definitely running out, and we can see from the numbers, images, and heartbeats that the bag is filling with carbon dioxide expelled by Mikoto's lungs.
When they try to breathe, they can only inhale stale air that is high in carbon dioxide, and with the bag clinging to their face, they look extremely distressed.
I was very excited to see Mikoto take the bag off and take in fresh air, working hard to ventilate his lungs.
He was in a daze for a while after the shoot was over, so I think he must have been in a lot of pain.
Finally, the video also shows the carbon dioxide expelled from Mikoto's lungs turning into droplets and sticking to the bag.
Next, we had her step up and down, and then we compressed Mikoto's chest, as she was out of breath and her heart was pounding.
She had large breasts, but her heart was very active after exercise and I could clearly feel it pounding right there the moment I touched her.
I also noticed that her heartbeat became even more intense while I was applying pressure, and then slowed down when I released it. I found it very erotic that just when her heart was trying to calm down, the external factor of pressure made it beat even more intense.

I have also tried this twice.
The first time, I started to feel pain about 10 seconds into it, so I let go.
As expected, the time you can hold your breath is significantly shorter than when you inhale. Even so, even 10 seconds is impressive.
The second time, he also quickly became distressed, but this time he was being mean and wanted to breathe. When he refused to comply with Mikoto's request and held on to his hand for about five seconds, he seemed extremely distressed, and the moment he let go, he took a sharp breath, "Buh!". His heart also seemed to sense that its life was in danger, as it began beating faster, and instead of "dock, dock, dock," it became an angry "dod dod dod dod." Mikoto's heart was very easy to understand, as if it had emotions.
During the recording using the phonocardiograph, Mikoto placed a probe over her own heart, and the phonocardiograph clearly picked up the heartbeat. The sound of the air conditioning was picked up, but the phonocardiograph's speaker was loud enough to fill the room and make it less noticeable. The phonocardiograph's screen also consistently recorded a beat rate of around 100 BPM.
I find this situation extremely embarrassing, but am I the only one who feels that way?
Because your heartbeat will be broadcast loudly, and if there are other people around, everyone will be able to hear it. What's more, your heart rate will be revealed, which is even more embarrassing.
Returning to the topic at hand, Mikoto laughed and said, "It's so realistic," and as she laughed, her heart rate increased even more and the sound coming from the phonocardiograph's speaker became even louder.
After that, I asked him to hold his breath. The moment he stopped breathing, his heartbeat slowed down for a moment.
I also had him do some squats, which was amazing.
The sound of a heart beating at about 120 BPM is blaring from the speakers.
"It's too early..." Mikoto said with a wry smile.
When listening to the heartbeat during foot reflexology, the patient's face contorted as if in pain as he sat on the foot reflexology device, and he said, "It hurts, but it feels good." So at first it doesn't feel too painful, but it gradually becomes more painful. It's a death mask, really. Apparently it's actually used for training, but we're using it quite incorrectly. Lol
Mikoto also said after it was over, "I almost lost consciousness."
The heart sounds also become faster when breathing in and slower when breathing out, showing respiratory sinus arrhythmia in some places. The heart is also working hard.

In that state, I asked them to help me climb up and down the step ladder.
At first, people looked at me as if to say, "What is this guy talking about?" But Mikoto is a hard worker, and he took on such a reckless challenge. Thank you so much.
I had a stethoscope placed on her while she was climbing up and down the step stool to take pictures, and for the first time, I could hear her heart beating rapidly and her breathing through the mask as she desperately tried to take in as much oxygen as possible. The initial plan was for her to climb up and down the step stool for two minutes, but it was so painful that she gave up after about a minute and sat down on the bed. However, because she still had the mask on, she couldn't breathe properly, and her heartbeat remained rapid, making her restless. She tried leaning forward to make breathing a little easier, but there was no sign of her breathing getting any easier.
This condition continued for about a minute, and I thought he would collapse if he continued like this, so I told him he could take off his mask. He quickly moved the mask aside and began to breathe heavily, "Haa, haa," saying, "It hurts, haa, haa." When I put my hand on his chest, he said, "My heart is beating really fast." After that, his heartbeat gradually slowed down.
Next, I recorded Mikoto's heartbeat while she was masturbating using an electric massager. I could hear her stomach rumbling quite a bit, too.
The video is about 10 minutes long, but this is because I included the time when Mikoto was unable to climax and the electric massager ran out of battery.
