First, I asked Shiori to lie on her back on the bed and then pressed on her chest.
While the compressions were being applied, Shiori's heart rate increased and she looked very distressed.
She also occasionally made slightly lewd noises like "hmm" or "ahh."

Next, as usual, I held Shiori's nose and mouth with my hands while she inhaled, and asked her to hold her breath. Of course, her heartbeat was also recorded perfectly.
The first time, they managed to stop it for 30 seconds, so next time they tried to stop it for 1 minute.
At first he said "I can't do this...", but we managed to stop it, but he was out of breath and his heartbeat was rapid.
After that, we changed the camera battery and asked them to try again for two minutes.
Please pay attention to Shiori's expression before she takes on the challenge. She looks extremely displeased.

Next, we recorded the heartbeat while breathing through the bag.
We had Shiori put a bag over her head and breathe in it while sealing it so that no air would leak out.
We also had a pulse oximeter attached, and in the end, her blood oxygen saturation level dropped to 94 and her heart rate rose from 74 BPM to 80 BPM. It didn't seem like much had changed, but Shiori said she "almost passed out," so I think she must have been in a lot of pain.

Next, we recorded the heart sounds when compressing the chest after exercise.
I had her step up and down for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and then I started applying pressure to Shiori's chest with my hands. I could feel Shiori's intense heartbeat clearly in my hands. It's not often that you get to feel the fast heartbeat of such a cute girl, so I was really happy.

This time, we asked them to wear a low-oxygen mask and climb up and down a step ladder for two minutes.
It's like a mask that can create a simulated low-oxygen environment, like exercising at the top of a mountain.
Honestly, I highly recommend this video.
Shiori wears a stethoscope while exercising, allowing us to listen to the changes in her heartbeat in the video. This video shows Shiori's heartbeat by far the fastest of all the sounds she hears. It's beating so fast you wonder if a human heart can really beat that fast. I think it's around 130 BPM.
The sound wasn't a pounding sound, but a "thud thud thud thud thud" sound, and you could tell that her heart was desperately pumping blood throughout her body.
After that, when the mask was removed, my heart rate suddenly dropped.
This content clearly shows that hypoxia puts strain on the heart.

Finally, I filmed the sound of my heart beating when I played Russian roulette.
This video was filmed while wearing a pulse oximeter, but due to the image quality the readings were not visible, so I included it as a bonus video.
In this video, Shiori places her finger on a Russian roulette toy that vibrates when you hit it, and we listen to the changes in her heartbeat as she does so.
I played roulette until I got it, but after six tries I didn't win, so I changed my finger and it won beautifully. It seemed to hurt a little.
