This is part 5 of the heartbeat video of the super cute 23-year-old Miina.
Here we have recorded the sound of the heart and its beating system while you are fast asleep.
Of course, arrhythmias are occurring everywhere here as well.

We didn't have much time to listen to the heartbeat while she was asleep, so we had her sleep for a short time. We also had her sleep with a pulse oximeter attached so we could constantly monitor her heart rate.
During this shoot, we were preparing for the next shoot, in which the subject would take a bath, so sounds such as the water being poured into the tub can be heard, but we adjusted the sound quality to make it as less distracting as possible and make it easier to hear the subject's heartbeat.

As soon as the video started, arrhythmias began to occur repeatedly, with the heart rate fluctuating between approximately 75 BPM and 85 BPM.
Something surprising happens at around 2 minutes 58 seconds.
My heart stopped for about a second, beating fast, "Dock, dock, dock... dock, dock dock."
The person himself didn't seem to notice anything, so perhaps this phenomenon occurs on a regular basis, but it was the first time I was able to capture it during filming, so I was surprised.
His heart also stopped at around 3 minutes and 16 seconds.
This phenomenon has only happened twice now, so it's extremely valuable.
At around 5 minutes and 2 seconds, the pulse oximeter temporarily became unable to measure and no readings were displayed. Is it because there are so many arrhythmias that it is difficult to measure?
After about 30 seconds, the measurement will return to normal.
At first, Miina seems concerned about her heart rate, opening her eyes several times to check, but soon she begins to snore loudly.
At around 8 minutes and 40 seconds, he starts talking in his sleep, which seems to startle him, as he opens his eyes. At that moment, it feels like his heart is beating a little faster.
After that, he slept a little more, but from around 10 minutes and 29 seconds his heart rate dropped sharply to around 55 BPM.
It rose immediately, but then dropped again rapidly, and just as I woke her up, her heart rate had dropped below 50 BPM and the alarm went off. It was amazing timing, so I was surprised.

The video starts with the subject lying down on a bed after stepping up and down a step stool. Since it's after exercise, the heart is pounding.
You can see Miina's neck twitching in time with her fast heartbeat, and the video clearly shows her desperately trying to pump blood.
By the way, you can hear the carotid artery pulsating even among the sounds of the heart when you are sleeping, so it is immediately obvious that the speed is different when you listen to it.
Here too, arrhythmia is present, a rare type of heartbeat that is not often seen in other videos: fast, pounding, and irregular. As a result, the pulse is completely messed up. The carotid artery is also beating irregularly in accordance with the arrhythmia, and you can see that it is firmly linked to the movement of the heart.
After a while, the heartbeat calms down.

When comparing the pulsation of the solar plexus and the sound of the heart, it was a little difficult to see Miina's pulsation of the solar plexus, so we added a few drops of water to the photo.
It's a little hard to see, but the stomach moves up and down in time with breathing, and in between you can see the pulsation of the navel, which is reflected in the light of the water and moves up and down.
