Thank you for visiting.
This is Kokone 3, featuring Miina, 23 years old, who has previously appeared on the show.
Miina suffers from arrhythmia, and her previous video showed this a lot, which was well received.
This time too, there was a worrying "thump, thump, thump, thump" rhythm, and it was definitely worth watching. I also had the opportunity to put my ear to his chest outside of filming, and I could clearly hear the arrhythmia.
Furthermore, just like last time, she was incredibly cute and just as fun, so I really enjoyed taking photos of her.
This time, we also took some photos of her with her swimsuit top removed, exposing her breasts.
It's truly an amazing experience to have such a cute girl photographed in such a pose.

This video contains the following:
・Self-introduction and heartbeat 2
- Heartbeat when taking a deep breath
・Heart sounds during and after exercise
- Heart sounds during and after squats
- Heart sounds when pressed on the floor
- Heart sounds when pressed on the floor after exercise
・Heart sounds when breathing through a bag 2
Heart sounds while smoking
- Heart sounds heard with a phonocardiograph
Heart sounds during examination
- Heartbeat when touching the nipple
・The sound of your heart when you're doing that
The video is 1 hour, 3 minutes, and 45 seconds long.

First, you will be given a brief self-introduction and then we will listen to your own heartbeat.
When a stethoscope is placed on the heart, arrhythmia can be confirmed by hearing a "thud, thud, thud, thud" sound.
He expressed his own arrhythmia by saying things like, "It's stable," and "Maybe it's a little fast."
She puts on a pulse oximeter and checks her heart rate, which is 104 BPM, much to her surprise. However, it gradually drops from there, dropping to around 64 BPM.
After this, I had her take off her swimsuit top.
Perhaps she felt embarrassed about being topless, but her heart started beating faster again, and Miina said, "I feel like my heart is beating faster," and the number was now over 100 BPM and rising.
Next, I asked him to hold his breath. While he was holding his breath, his heart rate slowed down considerably, dropping to 57 BPM.
When I start breathing again, my heartbeat suddenly increases and reaches 115 BPM.
Perhaps due to arrhythmia, the range between the lowest and highest heart rates is huge.
It also seems that arrhythmias are more likely to occur when the heart rate is slow than when it is fast.
After holding his breath again, he resumed breathing, and this time his heart rate had risen to nearly 120. His heart rate was also so fast that it felt as if he had just been doing some light exercise.

We have the patient wear a pulse oximeter to measure the heart rate when they take a deep breath. The pulse oximeter starts at 100 BPM, and when they take a deep breath, it drops to 55 BPM.
But then it went up and down again
I also have a lot of arrhythmia, and it seems to occur more when I inhale than when I exhale.
Although arrhythmia is simply a general term, there are many variations such as ``dok, dodok, dodok'' or ``dock, dock, dock, dot, dock,'' so you'll never get bored of listening to it.

To listen to the heart sounds during and after stepping up and down the step, we have the patient wear a stethoscope while stepping up and down the step.
The sound of the stethoscope rustling can be heard while the patient is going up and down the step, but you can still clearly hear the heartbeat, which starts out slow, gradually getting louder and faster.
After climbing up and down the step ladder, we asked him to move to the bed and listen to his own rapid heartbeat.
She said, "It's so fast, it's crazy fast," and "My heart is working hard," and when I placed her hand on her chest she said, "I can really feel it even with my hand."
I also placed my hand on his chest and could clearly feel his rapid heartbeat.
Also, as Miina mentioned, arrhythmia occurs more frequently than usual immediately after exercise.
His pulse was also extremely irregular, and anyone could tell it was arrhythmia.

Even when I'm doing squats, I can hear a lot of arrhythmia in my heartbeat.
I was experiencing a constant parade of arrhythmia, ``dock, dong, dong dong,'' but as I did squats and my heartbeat quickened, the arrhythmia began to subside.
It really is an amazing heart.
Even after finishing the squats, her heart beats quickly for a while, but once it calms down, the arrhythmia occurs again, and then her heart rate returns to what is considered normal for her.
Listening to her own heartbeat again, she worried, saying things like, "Is my heart okay?" and "It's stopped too many times."

Next, I had him lie down on the floor and compressed his chest. At first, he had arrhythmia, but as the pressure increased and the heart was put under stress, the arrhythmia disappeared and his heart started beating faster again.
As the pressure is released, the heart regains its composure, causing arrhythmia again.
Next, we had the patient climb up and down a step stool, then lie down on the floor again in a trembling state so that we could apply pressure.
Her heartbeat is also fast here so there is no arrhythmia, but when I press down on her I can really feel my hands shaking with the sound of her frantic heartbeat.
After applying pressure for a while, if you release it, the heartbeat will slow down to "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, thump" and arrhythmia will begin to develop instead.
Miina also looked a little distressed.
When pressure is applied again, the heartbeat becomes faster, although not as fast as after exercise, and when pressure is released, arrhythmia occurs repeatedly.
Finally, we asked them for their impressions.

In Heart Sounds When Breathing Through a Bag 2, unlike last time, the subject was asked to wear a sealed bag over their head and breathe into it.
At the start, the heart rate displayed on the pulse oximeter was 70 BPM, and arrhythmia was occurring frequently.
After breathing for a while inside the bag, the heart rate drops to about 55 BPM, then rises again quickly to a maximum of 110 BPM.
As the heart rate increased, the arrhythmia disappeared and the heartbeat became normal, and the oxygen concentration dropped to 91.
He said he was in pain halfway through, so we removed the bag and he started breathing heavily, "Haa, haa," and as he took in oxygen, he began to have repeated arrhythmias.
From there, we asked them to breathe through the bag again.
He has been working hard for a longer period of time than before, and his oxygen concentration has dropped to 84.
Similarly, as the heart rate increases, arrhythmias disappear.
In my opinion, it doesn't come out if it goes over 100 BPM.
After the bag was removed, he began breathing fresh air while asking for oxygen, and as a result his heartbeat calmed down and the arrhythmia began again.

Next, since Miina is a regular smoker, we filmed her heartbeat while she was smoking.
As soon as I started smoking, my heart started beating faster. I was wearing a pulse oximeter and my heart rate was recorded at 112 BPM, so the effects of smoking were evident.
Not only is my pulse fast, but it's also irregular, making it a complete mess. This is the first time I've seen a combination of fast and irregular heartbeats.
The pulse oximeter is not able to measure this either.
After a while, the pulse oximeter reacted and showed my heart rate at 116 BPM. The combination of a fast pulse and irregular heartbeat once again made me realize how bad smoking is for the body.

Next, we listened to the heartbeat with a phonocardiograph.
I had always wanted to try out what arrhythmia sounds like, so I was happy that my dream came true.
When the probe was placed on the device, the heartbeat could be heard from the speaker, and when an irregular heartbeat occurred, the sound from the speaker stopped for a moment, making one wonder if the phonocardiograph had broken. Miina also reacted with an "Ah" every time an irregular heartbeat occurred, and described it amusingly as "like when a vacuum cleaner stops midway through sucking something up."
If you hold your breath, your heartbeat will slow down even more, making the arrhythmia even more noticeable.
Finally, if you do squats, your heartbeat will become faster and your arrhythmia will subside.

During the examination, we ask a few questions about the patient's heartbeat, and the patient answers them cheerfully.
After examining the eyes and neck, we took the patient's temperature, which was recorded as 36.5°C.
After that, I asked him to remove his top clothes and placed a stethoscope on him.
Of course, arrhythmia was occurring, and if this were a real hospital, detailed examinations would be performed immediately.
After that, I asked her to pull up her underwear and expose her breasts so that I could listen to her again.
Because she wasn't wearing underwear, it was easier to hear her heartbeat and there was definitely arrhythmia.

Next, I touched her nipples, and this is the sound of her heart beating. First, I touched each nipple one by one. It seems that Miina's nipples are ticklish when they are touched, and even a slight touch makes her make cute noises like "fufufu" and "hihihi" as if she is ticklish, and her reaction is super cute.
My heartbeat has become a little faster and I've had arrhythmias several times.
Finally, when I touched both at once, he gave up because it was so ticklish.

The sound of her heart beating when she did that is a bit naughty at the beginning, and she answers shyly. This alone is already cute.
Then they used an electric massager on that area.
By the way, Miina is also listening to the heartbeat.
She feels it and lets out an "Ah♡", and her body occasionally twitches.
My heartbeat was irregular at first, but as I started to feel better, my heartbeat became faster and the irregularity became less frequent.
As I continued, she started to say "I'm coming, I'm coming," and then her body started to convulse and she seemed to be enjoying it. After that, her body continued to convulse for a while, and I was immersed in the afterglow.
My heartbeat was fast right up until I came, but immediately after I came it gradually slowed down and the arrhythmia started happening again.
Finally, we asked her to tell us her impressions of her own heartbeat and what it felt like to orgasm.
