First, you will be asked to introduce yourself and then your heart will be listened to while you are seated.
As expected, there are so many irregularities in the pulse due to arrhythmia that it is impossible to list them all. Incidentally, the patient does not seem to be aware that he has arrhythmia.
When asked if he was nervous, he replied, "I'm extremely nervous." His heart rate was about 90 BPM, so you could tell just from the numbers that he was nervous.
Furthermore, when asked "What do you think of people with a heart fetish?", she replied that she completely understands the feeling. We are very happy that such a cute person has such understanding of heart fetishes.

Next, we ask the patient to step up and down on a step stool for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, after which we listen to their heartbeat.
As he said he doesn't usually exercise, he said his legs felt terrible about 20 seconds after starting.
By the end of the 2 minutes and 30 seconds, he was out of breath and had no energy to speak. His heart was beating so hard it felt like it might burst. His heart rate was at 130 BPM. He also stopped to hold his breath at certain points, and put his hand on his chest to tell us how he felt. Again, there was no significant arrhythmia, so it seems to be related to the speed. It's a wonder of the human body.

Finally, we took a photo of the carotid artery pulsation and heartbeat.
I could see his pulse pulsating and his arrhythmia was clearly evident.
It is difficult to see the pulsation of the carotid artery in patients with arrhythmia, so this is a must-see.
By the way, the photo was taken at lunchtime, so you can hear the stomach noises. It was a cute sound.
