Using an air mattress rubber vacuum bed, I tried breathing only through my nose by setting the 5mm breathing holes over my nostrils, as I normally breathe through my mouth.
In reality, air was coming in through the gaps in my nose, which wasn't very good, so in the second half we ended up switching to breathing through my mouth and, as usual, we used a tight vacuum bed to control my breathing and play with the vibrator.
