This question that had been bubbling up inside me became the catalyst for the filming of this movie. Is there an actress who truly cares about her fans (≠ business)? And so, I arrived at Nonoka Sato, who was rumored to be the best at treating her fans like gods.
She has a string of stories of pure fan-loving devotion, but she is lured out under the guise of a fan appreciation event called the "Number 1 Fan Contest," where she is subjected to a barrage of ill will, including insults from a creepy fat man, food fed by mouth, real creampies, and okaona (a type of masturbation in which the woman offers her greasy body as a wank to be licked). This is her first encounter with a real creepy pig-man, and the ordeal brings out all sorts of expressions, from tears to yells to smiles. Through interviews with the manager of a major DVD store, an AV production manager, and an event enthusiast, the truth behind extreme fan service and the battle for money is revealed.
