A Japanese female college student who has received a job offer from a company is on her way to a hotel. She is wearing her black recruitment suit. While she had a vague idea from prior communication that there would be a "ritual" about to take place, she is unsure about the specifics and wears an anxious expression.

There is beach chair-like seat by the poolside where she's instructed to sit. After sharing her enthusiasm for joining the company, the senior employees direct her to lie back on the chair. As the event is aptly named "Soaked Social," the employees shower her with water from tank and bucket, quickly drenching her recruitment suit.

The event with seniors doesn't just end with getting soaked! Their seniors are looking at her harshly, wondering if she can remain calm and not feel embarrassed even when she takes off her jacket, her bra becomes transparent, or her skirt rides up in the pool. Wearing recruitment suit and getting wet and perverted, she undergoes a rough baptism in the name of "Soaked Social" before entering the company.
