Himemiya-chan is wearing a T-shirt and Yuuki-chan is topless. Yuuki-chan shows a rejection reaction, saying, "It was cream before, but this time it's paint! It's not the same as before!"
Furthermore, in response to the quiz question "What is the highest mountain in Japan?" Himemiya-chan answered "Mount Everest," which makes it clear that she "made an intentional mistake because she wanted to smear paint all over Yuki-chan."
Fortunately, instead of starting straight with Yuki's face, we started with her feet, and the paint was applied to her feet.
