Momoi Momo-chan previously had Nagisa Hikaru paint her with something, and then had the unfortunate experience of having a painted pie thrown at her in her place if Nagisa got the question wrong.

The rules for this quiz are...
"You answer a quiz where the answer is either black or white, and if you get it wrong, Shiomi-chan gets painted over."

Momoi-chan answers by sticking her face into paint of the color she thinks is correct, either black or white!
Whether she got it right or wrong, either way Momoi-chan's face is covered in paint!
If you get it wrong, you'll have to dirty Shiomi-chan, and the scenario is "Momoi-chan will lick and dirty the soles of Shiomi-chan's feet with her paint-covered tongue" lol
No matter how you look at it, Momoi-chan has suffered a terrible experience again this time!!

Momoi answers the black and white quiz in this way, and then repeatedly sticks her face into the paint-covered washbasin.

Even after completing all the questions, it's not over yet, and from here on out the long painting part begins...!
